Pros:

Very cheap hotel so the rooms reflect the cheap rate. Taps and showers had 1/10 rating with dripping water. Room condition was poor but acceptable given it was SGD 35/day. Staff was good. AC was cooling and bottle water was available. Luckily toilets flushed well. Don’t expect room cleaning and have to ask staff daily to top up water and coffee. I stayed 4 days.

Nice hotel from outside, bad when you come inside
Pros:

The hotel taking deposit for IDR 100,000,-, they taking fee for permanent stains on bed sheet or blanket (the fines are depend where you make stains on), the bathroom very stinky, all bathroom equipment are rusted.
