Pros:

Freundliches Personal, ruhig, gute Sicht, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, vielfältiges Angebot, Massagen waren ganz prima.

Cons:

Bier selber zapfen bin ich nicht gewohnt, aber Personal hat gleich geholfen.

Unterhaltsamer Kurztrip in den Harz
Pros:

Es war alles toll. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von den Bands, die abends im Rittersaal gespielt haben. Großartig! Wir kommen sicher wieder, tolles Konzept.

Hotel und Wernigerode können wir empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 30-40 min in der Innenstadt, was sie immer nutzten. Beim Frühstück gibt es für jeden etwas, ob herzhaft, süß, Obst, Gemüse, Warmanteil, Müsli - alles ausreichend und wird ständig nachgefüllt. Sehr gut fanden wir die Platzzuweisung im Frühstücksraum, so dass man seinen konkreten Tisch hatte. Die Betten empfanden wir weicher, als in anderen Hotels, aber bequem. Das Zimmer und Bad war ordentlich und sauber.
