Pros:

Отель находится близко к морю,нужно всего лишь перейти дорогу(это +).Номера уставшие,мебель и сантехника среднего качества,были проблемы с горячей водой,устранили неисправность на следующий день.Вид с балкона на море боковой(и так у всех номеров,кроме 2-х которых в наличии на сайте нет),а прямо напротив либо стройка,либо ветхий жилой дом.В некоторых номерах много муравьев,но справедливости ради скажу,что обрабатывали каким то средством.Уборка в номере за 9дней проживания была 1 раз.Отель среднего ценового сегмента и впечатления от него такие же.

All i can say is, if you book there, double check a couple times before you go that you're actually registered as a guest. I booked and paid for a three month reservation last April, got there June 1 and they had overbooked. Had to find alternate accommodation.

Otel gayet güzel. Yeni batum tarafında orbi city binasında. Eski batuma 2 kilometre. Tek sorum günlük temizlenmiyor. Resepsiyonda Valery ve eşi İrina çok anlayışlı. İyi insanlar.

Хороший хостел на первой линии городского пляжа г. Батуми. Номера гостиничного типа на 5 человек в видом на море в рок стилистике различных музыкальных групп. Просторно, оригинально и со вкусом. Номера комфортные со всеми удобствами. Аудиосистема, плазма, чайник, собственный санузел. Рекомендую к проживанию.
