Pros:

Everything was with walking distance restaurants and the beach and things to do. We liked the pool . it was cute place . The kitchen was a good size 4 kitchen that was nice.

Cons:

The house keep never asked if we needed anything we had to ask the whole time we were there 4day 3 nights . For 3 woman There was no dresser in the room it was just a small closet. Really nowhere to put your toiletries in the .bathroom either. the sofa bed was horrible to sleep on and it was very dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy.
Saturday evening me and one of the girls was in the pool about 9PM and these 2 young boys were on the roof and jumped in the pool and ran out the gate it scared us We immediately got out of the pool and went back into the room wasn't expecting that.

Pros:

We stayed 6.19.26 in Hotel Room #1. Cost:$220. The staff were friendly and great. Location was great. Close to the beach. I was very disappointed with the room itself. No rugs on the tile floor that were slippery when wet. We had no wash cloths. No A/C in bathroom area so it is very stuffy and hot when you first walk in. So turn on the AC right when you get there to start cooling those two back bathrooms down. Also since the bathroom has no A/C or vent, the steam from your shower makes the bathrooms humid and wet. You can open up the small window to let steam out but ours didnt have a mesh screen so remember to close it when your done to keep the critters out. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on the couch but my husband and son did. Pay attention to where you park too. Front is a tow away zone. You can only park on the Azalea Lane side. So the paved parking spots at the hotel side are limited, so you may have to park on the grass parking spots by the Apartments. There is also parking in the back on Eagle Drive. For the $220 we paid for the ROOM, I was very disappointed. We won't stay here again and do not recommend. We checked in at about 5pm Friday night and checked out at 9:30am (had to wait 30 minutes cause they were having computer problems) Saturday morning.

Disappointing due to a bad bug infestation.
Pros:

The property at first seems like a very cute property. Close to downtown Vero Beach. The beach was a short walk.

Cons:

We found bedbugs. The rooms need to be a fumigated and carpet removed.
