Perfect for our relaxing anniversary getaway!
Pros:

The location was perfect for walking to many of the attractions. I am very pleased with purchasing the breakfast vouchers! No buffet style here…and delicious! We loved the rooftop bar and all the staff were extremely friendly! Great service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

I noticed food trays stayed outside a couple of the rooms that I thought should have been picked up in a more timely fashion.

The hotel was not clean.
Pros:

Great location!

Cons:

Blood on the sheets. Hairs in the shower. I requested a room not by the elevator/stairs, and got the room right by the elevator and stairs. The valet literally stood right by me and watched me struggle with my bags, never once offered to help.

Pros:

Just before a week I kindly asked to provide quietest room further away from busy stairs and elevators since I have sleep deprivation, it’s crucial for me. Guess what?
They gave us a room just in front of the elevator and stairs. When I voiced my request on the day of arrival to the reception she mumbled something “your message cut off”. Excuse me? There is such things as email and phones. She could write, text or call anytime. I do understand quite room is not guaranteed but providing a room closest to elevators and stairs… was ridiculous. Honestly, it looked to me as they deliberately did it! Very unhappy with unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff

Cons:

Pas d’eau disponible dans le lobby de l’hôtel (le reservoir est resté vide malgré la présence du personnel)

Un petit dejeuner offert était annoncé de 7h à 11h…. À 8h 30 il n’y avait plus rien !!! Pas facile pour un matin de thanksgiving où il n’y a pas d’autres options proposées. J’aurais aimé le savoir avant mon arrivée

Overall Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpfull. Liked the Rooftop Bar also
Pros:

Hotel location was very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants / bars that we wanted to visit and the valet parking was very convenient as well.

Cons:

Room was clean upon arrival, but the second and third night we had to ask for another robe and were shorted on wash cloths. Coffee service was also not refilled with clean cups.

Great location, Roof top bar needs more staff
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town, staff were friendly enough, room good size although a little bit tired and could do with updating

Cons:

Roof top bar, service was poor, due to not enough staff. we ordered a meal and then were told the order had been lost and then we only received half of it, even though we did ask a couple of times

Pros:

The building is clean and has nice historic features. The attached restaurant looks updated and the food is good. Staff was helpful & friendly. The National Park Center was right across the street. Unfortunately, it was closed due to the shut down, but there was a private Park Center nearby that offered Park stamps and official shirts, etc. The hotel has a decent clean Fitness Center though they didn't have towels in the Center. Parking was a little convoluted; cars had to be valeted. Otherwise, parking on the street was hit or miss. This is a very busy street.
