Happy due to facility

We loved the triple family room ..it's so coxy and suit for us 4 people

Cons:

I really hope that the staff on duty more friendly, showing their smiley face ..instead of broken heart face .. professional and as frontline person who could know to handle their emotions..
This aspect should be improved.
