The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the attention to guest needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was a great experience staying here. All staff were friendly and kind, the hotel location was great because you can find anything in this location. Breakfast was open buffet and there are very options at the buffet Manager helped our problem about agency she was very helpfull just the weather was so hot we will be come in September next time. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone

small and quiet hotel. good location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. We often had dinner here as we like it quiet. The food is really good and served hot unlike when you eat out at other restaurants with lots of people.

we have been guests here for 2 weeks and have never experienced staff checking bags for food as was written here. Agree that the cleaning could have been better, but other than that this place is perfect to stay in. It is central and close to shops. the hotel is family friendly

Very lovely hotel. Right in the center of everything with a super pleasant Staff. I've stayed there 2 years in a row and will definately come back. Would highly reccomend.

The location is just perfect! Walking distance to city center, right next to Cleopatra Beach (just a 4 minute walk to the beach) And also very close to castle. You can easily reach everything by foot.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and well taken care of. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and ready to help if needed.
The food was delicious with a nice variety.
If you're planning a trip to Alanya, I highly recommend this place.It truly made my holiday special!!

From the minute we got into the hotel we ran into an issue. No disabled access instead multiple marbel steps to get down. Therefore every day we had to carry the adapted buggy up and down the stairs over and over again. The reception area was dark and old fashioned. Pictures to follow. The young guy on the front desk was smiling and happy and a lovely fella throughout the stay. Onto the rooms we had booked 2 double rooms with a twin balcony. Not what we got we got 2 rooms at different ends of the corridor. One with 2 single beds pushed together and a cot (daughter is 2 ) then the other was a pull out chair and double bed. The sink wasn’t attached in one, leak under another meaning everything got soaked when left in the bedroom. The back of the toilet where you flush it was hanging off in both bathrooms. Light fitting wasn’t attached in both rooms. We were also on the 2nd floor when i had requested ground floor due to our son’s disability. never got moved rooms and issues we identified were never addressed. First day we got stuck in the lift i had to peel the door open with my hands. Cleaning of the rooms well they made the beds didn’t change the bedding. swept the floors not moped. Towels - 1 large and 1 small left in each room i had to ask for more as well as more toilet roll because they didn’t always leave it. Around the pool really dangerous for young children it was that deep my 17year old 6ft 2 daughter couldn’t reach the bottom. Kids pool well it’s not a pool i’ve had bigger paddling pools in my garden in the UK. The stairs were just a hole out of the pool area with no safety railings around and when people were diving around which it stated not to it made the whole area a slip mat. Shower doesn’t give any hot water till later in the day due to it being warmed with solar panels. early morning showers were a no go unless you wanted to freeze. Wifi you have to pay for it was €20 for 10 days. 4 days we haven’t had any because of a problem with the router. No refund offered. Our son is autistic and non verbal so we had made people aware although the majority of the hotel was Turkish due to it being Eid they were totally ignorant to him. Instead he was blamed for the problems in the rooms. We have left and gone to another hotel with 2 days to go. There was 6 photos on the on the beach site when i booked on leaving today there is now 20. Not a child friendly hotel or family friendly.

Hotel is beautiful an the staff are amazing couldn’t be more helpful the bar staff go above an beyond for adults an kid also very clean thank You for all your help definitely coming back again 10 out of 10 elvis the bar man is the best he makes anyone feel welcome an his English is very good

OK so I don't normally write a review ...purely as I forget but I'm eager to read all the reviews before I go anywhere.
So ,making a point of writing this .
Just returned this lunch time from a week stay b n b .
My friends where all inclusive 3 mins away so my choice was small to be close by to them .there hotel was full..

I knew this was a cheep and cheerful hotel. So my expectation was not to grand . The reviews where not the best.
But my moto is you get what you not for.

I paid 400 with flights and transfer for the room and breakfast.

The room, yes dated . But flowers are coming fashionable again . Lighting not great but can cope. Air con worked . Noisy as old but worked .
Bed comfy . The sheet was more like a big towel but I coped.
Clean enough . Balcony decent size. View not so great.
Tv didn't work....unless it was me ... didn't bother asking to check as I wasn't in enough to care .
Staff friendly. WiFi £15 for the week.

Juice..awful ...

Very basic breaky .
Fried egg. Omelette. Boiled egg
Some type of bun ..
Tomatoes . Lettuce salad.
Turkey slice lots of cheese .

No English looking food at all.
Lots of bread . No toast .

I made a turkey roll.for lunch it was nice .take some food bags . To make a sandwich......if the breaky not appealing.

Big bonus 3 min walk to kleopatra beach we used the beds of the beach hotel few quid a day .
Used there pool also.
150 lira taxinto the harbour ...which was lush went a few times...
Please try the steak at cha cha
restaurant. 5 min walk from hotel .
We found this on the last night . Would have
eaten here more . Best steak ever .

So if your using as a base to sleep ..perfect. my mates stayed in the tac premiere for 100 pund more all-inclusive

Absolutely made up with this hotel, we read some reviews so we were dubious about going but happy to say all our needs were met. Clean comfortable accommodation, we had a twin room with balcony on the 4th floor. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily with fresh towels every day & bedding changed every couple of days. Breakfast was provided each morning & we were never disappointed as there was a good selection to choose from. Great budget hotel.

:STAFF:

I have been in the hotel with my partner for 7 days.
I want to start with the staff:
Very nice staff, really all of them, but some of them were very nice when you were on your way out, then you usually stopped them one to persuade you to eat at their restaurant, in the end it became difficult to go out because you didn't want to meet them at the entrance, hotel and breakfast were booked for a reason and that was so that we would eat at different restaurants and get to taste different dishes.

:BREAKFAST:

If you love feta cheese, then you can like their breakfast, but you get tired of it after a while.
They have the same breakfast every day, annoying. ..
I have been to Turkey before and another hotel that was also a 3 star hotel but their breakfast was top every day.
The standard breakfast here is a kind of bread (bun sheet) baked with butter and milk, they are good, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, some kind of marmalade, some fruit, 6-7 bowls of just vegetables and vegetables mean on a bowl with salad leaves, dill , mint, etc., then there were 4 different feta cheeses and saw cornflakes but I don't remember that it was yogurt.
Then their juice, yes, it was probably powder mixed with water, but you could buy pressed juice for 2 euros per glass, but what I didn't like was that they brought in the juicer when they were going to make juice.

:ROOM:

The standard of the hotel room I would not like to give 3*** but 2**
The shower hose was out of order, the drain smelled very bad and this happened often.
The beds were hard and there were no blankets or blankets in the room, only a thin cloth like that.

:WI-FI:
My partner paid 14 euros for 7 days but it only worked in the hotel.

The hotel looks incredibly worn, the showers have almost no pressure and the bathroom is full of mold in the joints and cracks and I had to fix the hanger for the shower with an ice pick.
the breakfast is incredibly boring, you can't even toast a piece of bread, what they call juice is nothing more than water with an orange flavor, but you can buy freshly squeezed juice for 2 euros.
in the room there is AC, but this cannot be adjusted in any way.
A couple of times the staff asked if we didn't want to go shopping, they just knew a place that was cheap, a couple of times you also saw them calling out to women who passed by on the street.
We didn't try the food, but it looked quite ok.
since we had a late departure, we asked about late check-out, we could get that with difficulty, but it cost 50 Euro for 4 hours.

the cleaning staff were nice and helpful and so was the hotel's youngest employee, but the reception staff seemed unengaged and had difficulty communicating in English.

It is not a hotel I will return to.

Perfect place for the price,location is price,2min walk to the beach,the pool is nice and clean,rooms are cleaned daily,the receptionist boy is helpful and friendly.HOWEVER dont become too close with 3 people works in bar food serving area,they are creepy can cause you problem if you are too friendly with this guys.avoid this guys and you will be fine.overall i really liked the place.

Recommended not to be used well, but not worthy. Not good enough, the building and staff need updating.
Breakfast buffet may be better.
When we order it says that free WiFi is available, but you have to buy it if you want to have the internet in the rooms

The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good with many options. Our reservation was included with parking from Expedia but there was no parking included. The manager was very kind to give us her parking spot for first night. We found parking near the hotel for other night. The refrigerator in room was not working properly and did not cool even on the maximum temperature setting, it was always like room temperature. When they looked at it they told us it is working like we never been in another hotel or never had refrigerator in our room. Other than these issues we were satisfied and happy for our stay.
