Các bạn nhân viên ở đây rất tử tế và tận tâm voi khách, mẹ mình ăn chay được bạn quản lý và đầu bếp chăm sóc kỹ giúp bà rất vui với nơi này. Phòng khá rộng và sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm rất thuận tiện, đi bộ ra biển gần, giá rẻ. Cảm ơn TND.

The place was spacious and clean. Steps away from the beach and Cho Dam ( market). The staff members , Ly, Trực and Hoa were all superstars in helping us get settled. They were all very nice and sweet
The fridge in the room didn’t work, but not a big deal as we didn’t use it
Staff offered to put stuff in their refrigerator if we needed
Good room size
Poor wifi overall. Even the TV was struggling.
We were told we could get free drinks by the pool and there were not even a towel there. We asked at the spa and they said to go to reception.
The room bed has a gap between the top of there mattress and the wall which make the whole experience a real pain.
We got a good deal to get there and the staff mentioned that at check-in. Overall it felt overpriced even at discount for what this is.

Room was nice, lovely views from the top floor for sunset, pool looked lovely although didn’t use. Comfy beds.
Had us go up and check we were happy with the room ahead of paying - never had this before and gave the impression we’d been given something we may not have approved of? Breakfast - we headed down at 7:30am to find no staff seating people, no free tables and half the restaurant seating blocked off despite being peak breakfast time meaning no breakfast ahead of our scheduled day trip. There is no shower curtain so despite it not being a wet room shower you still soak the floor next to the shower. There is a price list of the value of items in the room - maybe they have issues with breakages but really put us off using things.
