Pros:

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Thom provided great customer service, she was always welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was nice with good variety. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Most comfortable bed in Vietnam
Pros:

💫The partial sea view which included a city view was a big plus & worth paying extra for. We really enjoyed seeing the hotels lit up at night.
💫The beds were really comfortable
💫The slightly out of centre location really suited us as the centre is really hectic & touristy. THE BEACH IS ONE STREET AWAY 🩵💙
💫Breakfast was very good
💫 The whole hotel is very clean.
We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike here. The decor is a little dated but for me, it adds to the charm
