Pros:

AMAZING staffing. I just thought the rooms were acceptable but I would be rebooking in the future SOLELY because of the great staff. Shoutout to Ben, Happy, Noon, and Gold. They are amazing and my stay would not have been the same without them!

Cons:

Room is a bit tight, the layout of the room could use some reworking, and maybe some general updates.

It was okay for a short stay .
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location .It is very clean .

Cons:

The breakfast is just okay . Lots of stairs to get to the lobby . Our room was very small and the “city view” , well … not so nice . The pool is not in the same building , it is in their other hotel .

Misleading room sizes

Cons:

We booked for 3 people but upon arrival we learned that the room is small for 3 people. The hotel should not proceed with booking. It was a hassel to find new hotel on the spot. And the reception staff was not very friendly only giggling within themselves . But the housekeeping g staff was good especially helping us with luggage

Excellent service and great location
Pros:

Highly recommend to stay here, rooms are pretty new and well furnished, beds are comfy and 4 pillows for a couple was provided. Bathtub was gigantic and don’t need to wait too long for warm water despite being on the top floor. The service was really good, all the staff are well versed in English, very friendly and helpful. Location was really convenient, near a supermarket, lots of restaurants, bars around, very near the walking street and 10 mins walk from the mall. Highly recommended!!

It’s okay…
Pros:

The hotel was stylish and comfortable. It’s in a good location.

Cons:

Breakfast is terrible and the staff weren’t very friendly. Our room was on the 9th floor but the elevator only went to the 8th floor. Something was going on the last night/day we were there. At 7:30am the morning of our checkout, the staff had every door on our floor open with heavy duty fans and vacuum cleaners going. Very noisy
