Pros:

The hotel is far from. Also the shuttle bus service was terrible at all. You have to wait and hour fir the bus.

Very clean and quiet hotel .
Front desk staff is super helpful .
We had a long flight from Canada, we reached few hours before our check in time and staff was kind enough to give us rooms upon arrival without making us wait at all .
Really loved the gesture.
Also allowed late check out till 2 pm which is not always possible but thanks to the staff .

Pros:

The last property of the haram. Nice hotel
Little too far about 40 minutes walk
They have bus shuttle
You can pay little bit more and stay within walking distance
I checked in and when I find out the distance and shuttle situation
I tried to cancel my stay and book somewhere else
But the front Desk didn’t want to cancel my reservation
One accident - the bus broke down
And I had to take an uber
And he dropped me off and highway
Because it was just too many people and there is no access back to the hotel
I had to walk all the way to the hotel back
I’d rather pay xtra and stay closer
Rooms are very clean - buffet and restaurant is great
Food is superb
Only complain is too far
It’s probably the last one on the strip of Ibrahim Al Khalil blvd

Pros:

The toilet above our room was leaking water. Told reception straight away. Took them 3 hours and calls to hotel.com to get us moved. The compensation i got was a right slap on the cheek.

Pros:

I appreciated that the hotel has a large masjid with an imam, it was very convenient to pray there, especially when feeling tired. The shuttle service is a great plus. The buffet is good, though a bit on the pricey side. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and after showering or making wudu, the bathroom floor tends to get flooded.

Not up-to to the mark. I don’t think I will stay
Pros:

They don’t have good service. Our Room TV was not working. After several reminders they never fixed it. For 4 nights. We had no TV

They were using closet for storing unserviceable safes. Our Room 1311 had 3 of them . Only one was working.

They did not have towels changed for 2 of the days.

The shuttle to Haram is unreliable and drivers are rude.

Very poor service, no meal, on time , staff was very rood , very bad attitude. Never travel with Saudi airlines again. And not recommended to anyone

It’s a 4 star hotel not 5 advertised. Overall good experience. Location is 40mims walk from the haram hence not a good location. Shuttle bus every hour not convenient

Pros:

This property needs improvement in every way. If there was less than one star I would have given. Check in was horrible, staff was not professional, the rooms where not clean. We stayed four days and house keeping only came the day before we checked out. The house keeping did even change the sheets. Next door family had a child which played a noisy toy after 2am every night. After I called front desk they didn't ask the family to lower the noise.
