Didn´t expect it to be so good.
Pros:

Rooms are very small and not ideal for sharing, unless you are petite and do not have much luggage.
Staff are impecably polite and attentive, cruise is spotless, offers a great breakfast, restaurant and bar are excelent and reasonable priced.

Hidden....completely!
Pros:

The magical mystery tour around Neuss where I spent nearly an hour trying to find this boat overshadowed what was an excellent stay. The only other drawback is that the beds are a little hard. But the hotel is great value for money in what is an incredibly expensive location during conference season in Düsseldorf.
