Sicuramente un hotel meraviglioso in copaCabana

Pros:

The maintenance is very poor. The TV has a problem; the hotel technician couldn't fix it. We stayed with one TV for 2 days. The bathroom door cracked; the veranda door was broken and was fixed after a day of staying. The refrigerator was broken and could not be fixed during our entire stay. The polite staff couldn't help us; the hotel manager's apology was unhelpful—bad value for the price. Charging U$1.500 per night is robbery and unjustified. never again !!!

Pros:

Un très bel emplacement avec une vue imprenable sur Copacabana, mais du coup avec ses inconvénients de bruit très tôt le matin. Les chambres sont confortables néanmoins, bonne expérience au SPA et à la salle de sport.

Cons:

Le service en chambre mériterait d'être un petit plus vigilant, mais dans l'ensemble pas grand chose à redire. Un service pas très rapide et efficace dans la restauration, mais qui est assez normal au Brésil en fin de compte.

Pros:

Outstanding hotel - staff were extremely good, design was stunning. Loved everything. Don’t forget to use the beach service. Great way to hang out on Copacabana!

Great luxury boutique hotel
Pros:

It's an extremely nice boutique hotel. The staff are very very good and you can ask them to do pretty much anything and they will do anything to make sure you are accomodated.
