Convenient location for traveling with pets.
Pros:

Convenient location, comfortable rooms. Quiet pool and jacuzzi area. Allowed Pets with green space and disposal bag station. Nice breakfast and store selection.

Cons:

Overpriced room rate. The air conditioner unit was leaking and floor wet underneath. Also a stain on comforter.

I would stay again, and I would recommend to others to stay.
Pros:

The room was great, it had everything we needed, the pillows were comfortable and plentiful. The room was clean and staff were very friendly. The hot tub and pool were clean and in operating order. The parking lot was recently redone and parking was great. The location was fantastic, so many restaurants to choose from, and so close to the highway. The price paid was unbeatable.

Cons:

Only thing that I didn't like during this visit was the gym equipment was not working, the treadmill would stop and show an error message. There was no power to the other equipment. There were free weights and yoga mats that I was able to use so it wasn't a total bust.

Pros:

I enjoyed a lot Fred at reception. Kind and funny but also very polite and professional. If I didn't get the name right, I'm talking about the guy with no hair with a huge family. Thanks brother, keep it up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

It's not that i didn't like, more an observation. There was a straw wrap on the chair. It's understandable to miss one or two little things.

The furniture, the bed, all the amenities, the cleanliness. It Felt safe.

The good, the bad and the ugly.
Pros:

The location is good. We had close proximity to the bank we use, the Saratoga racetrack, and a morning breakfast restaurant.

Cons:

We were in room 201 and all night we heard doors slamming. The toasters didn’t work in the breakfast area. There was some questionable gobs of something on two pictures near the bed.
