Pros:

We had a hit problem in our room and the hot tub was in renovation so when we meet the manager he said he gonna refund 25% that was a good deal but I never got my money back even 2%

Cons:

Bathroom fans, running constantly with no way to turn them off. No windows to open for fresh air. Extreme amounts of air freshener used by housekeeping so much that I woke up with the worst headache in the world.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Hotel was exactly as we hoped. Great location, very clean, large room, very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet in our room and in the halls.
Excellent staff: Joel checked us in with a late arrival and a warm greeting like we'd been coming there forever (1st stay).
Great/plentiful hot and cold breakfast offerings.

Cons:

I noted to Joel on our departure somehow the room alarm clock was set for 5:30am without our knowledge. When it went off, I was able to stop the alarm, but no instruction to remove the alarm for the next guest's stay. Joel said he would alert housekeeping. Maybe something housekeeping could watch for in future; that the alarms are re-set after guest check-out.
Seemed only 1 elevator worked, but we managed.

Met all my expectations for the price.
Pros:

Plenty of seating. Staff kept the limited selection of food stocked for availability.

Cons:

For the price it was fine. There are two toasters and each only had half the slots that worked.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with good breakfast and no major complaints.
Pros:

The breakfast area was clean and offered a reasonably good selection. The room was well-organized, neat, and very clean-everything was in place. The property has a large parking lot, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and easy to access.

Cons:

The coffee machine could be upgraded for a better experience. Also, the shower is designed with the sliding pane on the opposite side, so you have to reach in and get wet just to turn on the shower knob-having the sliding door on the shower side would be much more practical.

The location was perfect and the hotel staff were nice. The hotel was very clean
Pros:

I didn’t like the breakfast the sausage seemed uncooked and it was a perfect location

Cons:

The bed was very comfortable and clean but the fitted bed sheets would not stay on the bed so I didn’t sleep well the 2 nights I was there because the sheets would not stay on and I had to keep getting up to adjust them
