Everything, specially the staff.
Cleanliness was brilliant, room was outstanding and house keeping was very good.

Everything was just perfect.
The environment was so good and the behaviour of the staffs,I've nothing to say,they were so kind and helpful towards all. The food was delicious and the whole environment was so lively.this place has to be my 1st choice!!

Their foodc made me sick their dosa tasted like afwul it was sweet not a dosa most of the fruits weren’t that cleanly gave my mom a stomach bug but the cleanliness was great room was good too
I have had a very good experience
JW always lives up to my expectation. And JW Marriot kolkata even exceeds that expectation. Every thing and every aspect of the stay was ensured to be comfortable except the crowd from the wedding event. They may want to have a separate access to the banquet venue. Saheli and team has been excellent through continuous followup on our well being ensuring everything is taken care of with utmost sincerity. Such passion and commitment makes the property what it is. .

It was a wonderful stay for the first time. The atmosphere of the hotel is too good. The 259 bar was excellent and their stuff services was awesome. The room was highly decorated and cleaned. The gym was so nice and Sudipa gym trainer was too nice. The foods in the JW kitchen was very delicious. Overall great experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere over there. The experience is lovely.
The stay at JW Kolkatta has usually been very pleasant, the hotel is busy but the staff is courteous and understanding, the pre-checkin process handled by Ms Saheli was really good, they ensured that my entire checkin was kept ready when I arrived and it took less than a minute to get my room card. The experience at the lounge has also been exceptional, they are a great team running a super hotel.
