Poor experience
Pros:

Good

Cons:

Staff behaviour throughout my stay,
too much crowdy all the time every where
My package had spa included and repeatedly asked for it and they said no slot and they charged for me that during the booking, this is pretty much cheating.
`Mahavoj lunch was included but no one had correct information as I had to pingpong myself in 4 different places and finnally i got the right place at 4 o'clock and kitchen was almost close.

Best place to choose for Kolkata stay.
Pros:

Best choice in Kolkata. Modern property with 5 star amenities in Kolkata. Lovely pool area, spa, clean lux rooms. Great concierge services for foreign visitors. Aftab was so helpful in arranging everything for a wonderful stay. Mome’ guest relations was always attentive making sure we were comfortable and happy. Fabulous executive suite happy hour. Restaurant breakfast is a banquette with too many delicious choices.
Highly recommend, such 5 star service ! Value for money

Cons:

Better coffee machine in executive rooms.

Pros:

Everything is taken care of, food is amazing, staff is great and thoughtful. Really clean rooms and maybe the best shower I have had in my life.

Cons:

Only thing i can complain about is the location, far from the center and next to a highway, but we knew it beforehand.

Good - with exception of the duvet.
Pros:

Location was nice.
The front staff was excellent, especially Radhika, she was warm and provided me good assistance during my stay.

Cons:

The duvet was not clean. I could see stains. I had to sleep on otherside of the bed.

Very Good
Pros:

Our experience was Very Good staring from front desk check in, Room space and cleaniness, food quality and variety, preparation of food ...

Cons:

in the Dining area, duty manager seems to be very choosy about the guest they want to approach. sometime it may make you feel insulted sitting next to the guest Manager is approaching , They should treat all gueat equally with best in class feeling
