JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata

I loved the service! Everyone was great, especially Mome, she gave us the best service in the hotel! We will come back because of her :)

From checkin to checkout, the entire experience was worth praising about. The cleanliness, hygiene, amenities, food quality & presentation deserves a special mention. A special shoutout for the following people who made this an absolute memorable stay in the city known for food, culture & hospitality:
- Riya Sen (Guest Relations) - for her constant follow up & taking care of the smallest of requirements.
- Chef Deep, Chef Rahman, Chef Gautam - for their support in taking care of my dietary needs & whipping out the best local flavours. Wasn’t expecting such a personalised service in terms of keeping up to specific needs.
- Atoshi from the Front Office - who made the Checkin process so seamless, fast & personalised. Keeping everything ready so that there was absolutely no waiting time at the lobby, escorting me to the room, completing the checkin process there, seemed to show how my elite membership status was well recognised by her.

The entire staff at the hotel including F&B, Lounge, In-Room Dining, Housekeeping, Front Office, is very friendly, courteous & ever smiling. Would love to come back to this place on my next visit to Kolkata!

Family stay cation was amazing at jw marriott kolkata, love their services and staffs were very polite and well mannered, Atoshi took the initiative to make our little one happy. OVERALL HAD A WONDERFUL STAY.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Kolkata, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with absolute professionalism and warmth.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The ambience of the property reflects true luxury, and the hospitality of the staff made us feel genuinely valued. The food and overall service standards were excellent.

A heartfelt thanks to our Relationship Manager, Mome Mondal, for her exceptional support and personalized attention throughout our stay. She ensured every detail was perfectly taken care of, making our visit smooth and memorable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and hassle-free stay in Kolkata. Looking forward to visiting again!

It was honestly a pleasant stay at Jw. special shoutout to Ms. Atoshi to make our stay amazing, and seamless.

I will not stay at any other hotel when I visit Kolkata. I stayed here for 3 weeks total. Initially booked for 2 weeks and then was stuck in India because of the war so stayed another week. The facilities are impeccable but what really differentiates this hotel from other 5 star hotels around the world ( I have stayed at many in Asia and Europe) is the quality of service. From the staff at the front door to the housekeeping staff, this hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Specialist shout out to the staff at the JW Kitchen… Sharath, Hashim, Gyal, Shashi and so many others. They made sure to come and talk to me and actually made conversation while serving me and seeing that I had everything exactly right. Also Sagar in housekeeping was so caring. He saw that I drink a lot of water and go through the bottles so he just brought a whole case and put it in my room. I don’t think I have experienced this level of hospitality in any other hotel in and outside of India (Indian hospitality is 10/10) and I have visited 23 countries.

Was a beautiful afternoon lunch with family and the icing on the cake was the magical performance was Nimbus which left us speechless and amazed.Loved the twist to the whole lunch with outstanding magic.

The ambience was incredible, very well decorated an amazing service. The magic show in the middle of the dining experience was fantastic! Extremely entertaining and genuinely escalated the experience to a whole new level!
