Aloft by Marriott Long Island City-Manhattan View

Hotel localizado em uma avenida com muitos cafés, restaurantes e comodidades por perto. Transporte de metrô facil para Manhattan. Camas confortáveis, quarto silencioso apesar de estar na avenida. O hotel disponibiliza um café da manhã onde você paga o que for escolhendo (fruta, sanduiche, iogurte, waffle, etc).

PRO: quiet room and slept well with good sound insulation, walking distance to several subway stops and in total access to 6 different subway lines which is great given this hotel is in Queens, numerous restaurants right around hotel, nice walk in shower, allows pets, lobby was good size for inner city Aloft, rooftop has nice view of Manhattan with outdoor table/chairs and spacious.
We booked 3 rooms and my favorite was the one with view of Manhattan & Queensboro bridge, so it would have to be a room in the main building, facing the courtyard and high enough to look over other buildings. I got this room via upgrade request via platinum elite status.

CON: cramped much like other hotels we've stayed at in NYC, we stayed for 5 nights, but one of the mornings seemed to have a lot of train traffic around the hotel. Although the walk in shower was nice, we felt the water pressure was too weak. I felt it odd that the hotel was actually 2 separate buildings, though connected via a walkway on 1st floor. The rooms with balconies were in the building separate from the lobby and the rooms with balconies facing the Hunter street were super tiny, so if you get balcony and want to actually lounge there, get one facing the courtyard. No lounge so did not feel platinum elite status did much beyond room upgrade with better view.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, especially because of the exceptional customer service I received. Fred assisted me and went above and beyond to help accommodate my room needs and was incredibly helpful when I needed to make a last-minute request.

They were professional, patient, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel like my needs mattered. Even with the last-minute arrangements, they made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day that you come across someone who takes the extra time to make sure everything is taken care of, and I truly appreciated it.

The level of hospitality and attention to detail made a huge difference in my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and, most importantly, outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Very close to the subway. Lots of food choices around.

This Aloft hotel was the perfect place for my business travel in NYC! It was comfortable, clean, close to some amazing restaurants and shopping. It was convenient to travel to my events. The rooftop view was such an unexpected perk with breathtaking views over the city… the bar being inside the hotel was sweet and they have themed nights like karaoke which are super fun! I would 10/10 recommend.

Fred was incredibly kind and patient. Even though we arrived very late, he made sure our room was ready and waited for us without any problems. We stayed for five nights, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience.

Location of hotel is near many fantastic bars, cafes, and restaurants! The subway was not too far either. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There is a very nice bar connected to the lobby and also rooftop access that gives you an amazing view of Manhattan! Will definitely book here again!

Such a cute hotel, and in such a cute area!! The hotel service was great and the king bed was super comfortable. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was amazing, plus the rooftop view was amazing too. We loved the pool table, lounges, and other amenities. Would love to stay here again :)

best location and service in lic! so many food options, subway stations one block over, and a great view of manhattan from the rooms (plus an accessible rooftop!) amazing housekeeping and very helpful front desk staff. we always returned to our rooms with fresh towels and bed sheets. front desk staff stowed our luggage after checkout for one last day around nyc. will always come back!

The hotel is great, the location is clutch, and the absolute gem of everything is Fred at the front desk. He goes above and beyond to make sure that guests are taken care of, can get into their accommodations as quickly as possible, and helps smooth over any bumps on the way. As someone who works in hospitality and tourism, I know the real deal when I meet them and that’s Fred.

I stay here for work and it’s always an amazing experience when I do come. The rooms are clean and always consistent. But I would like to commend the hotel staff as they are always nice and friendly. I go here enough and I know some of the staff members by their first names. Very approachable and personable. Manager Jp, is always friendly and asks how our stay is. I know this is something very little but THEIR ICE IS AMAZINGGGG. Would come back here anytime.

Also check out their tiny bar XYZ bar. There are always different events going on depending on the day. Wednesdays are my fave because it’s karaoke night and Thursdays have a live band that brings the energy up in the bar.

This hotel has such a beautiful and clean. The bar is nice and staffs are so friendly. Especially Fred at the front helped me with his warm heart. I would stay again!

Great location (close enough to Manhattan) with tons of comforts and great service. Everyone is super polite and quick to respond 👌👌. Rooms are nice, quite and the shower heads are amazing.
