Great location in central historic area
Pros:

Huge, comfortable bed
Amazing view
Perfect location for Historic Dockyard & Gun wharf/Spinnaker Tower
Parking free and plenty of space (and parked early on day one and late on last day)
Big breakfast, friendly service.

Great breakfast, great location.
Pros:

Super breakfast, easy access to all we planned to visit and easy parking. Great staff would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

Cons:

The bus station and road outside could be noisy and room would be hot if you stayed in the summer.

The entrance.. tiny door ... Big suitcases... Literally fell over... Not impressed as there was a locked easy disabled entrance that could have ensured physical safety...

Pros:

It was a lovely quiet hotel in a great position. The train and bus station were right across the road and shopping outlet with a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was very well laid out and there was plenty of choice.

Cons:

We thought that the mattress was very hard and the pillows very flat but the room itself was very nice with a lovely view of the harbour. Sort that out would be excellent

Pros:

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour une découverte à pied de Portsmouth: le port, la Spinnaker Tower, le centre commercial outlet , le Millenium Walk, la vieille ville....Proximité immédiate du catamaran piétons pour l'Ile de Wight, de la gare ferroviaire et de la gare routière.
Hôtel calme, près des restaurants et d'une supérette.
Chambre très propre et bien isolée.
J'ai pu entrer dans la chambre dès mon arrivée dans la matinée

Cons:

La chambre single est petite et n'a pas de petite table/ bureau

Perfect position for the train station and the mary rose museum
Pros:

The location was perfect for the museum. The restaurants in the shopping centre are just down the road very easy to get to. The view of the harbour from room 12 is excellent

the location was perfect for the Naval museum, the staff was very friendly. the hotel has it's own parking in the back.

A beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and comfy, the staff were all wonderful. John who welcomed us the evening we arrived was great, and unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman on desk during the day but he was also so helpful and lovely. Breakfast was delicious and we will absolutely be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Portsmouth.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike at all, it was great.

Close to gunwarf , nice rooms , great breakfast
Pros:

No children , breakfast good timings and always get a table .
Each room different , comfy mattress , lots of hanging space for clothes and bags .

Cons:

Nothing stayed 3 times and will go back !
