Awesome location in Portsmouth
Pros:

Awesome location, room small and very hot. Only had a desk fan and we were on the top floor.Breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Heat, which was not their normal.
Price was expensive, but location and view were unbeatable.

Très cher par rapport à la qualité très moyenne de l'étabilssement.
Pros:

Bien situé dans un quartier animé, parking privé.

Cons:

Confort minimal pour un prix élevé (au mois d'août). Chambre petite et quasiment sans fenêtre avec équipements minimaux, non climatisé (période de canicule), heureusement un petit ventilateur est fourni.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes englisches Frühstück mit Bedienung! Lage direkt am Fährhafen und Spinnaker Tower . Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Posizione centrale. Bella colazione all'inglese. Stanza piccola ma funzionale.

Cons:

Sebbene di notte all'esterno c'erano 19 gradi in stanza era impossibile dormire per via del caldo (stanzina all'ultimo piano con una piccola finestra che si può solo aprire di qualche centimetro). C'è un ventilatore in stanza che però è molto rumoroso e non riesce a rinfrescare. Non abbiamo dormito quasi tutta la notte.

Bagno vecchio con portasapone arrugginito. Struttura vecchiotta.

Een leuk hotel dat dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden zit in Portsmouth. Tegenover het bus- en het treinstation en de pont naar Isle of Wight. Beter kan niet.
Prima kamers met goede bedden. De kamer wordt iedere dag opgeruimd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op de haven.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar er is geen airco op de kamer. Als het heel erg warm is buiten, dan heb je 's nachts alleen een waaier. Dan kan het warm zijn op de kamer. Het ontbijt is niet heel erg uitgebreid, maar was voor ons voldoende.

Great Base for local areas.
Pros:

Great friendly staff and ideal location to get around the area as Bus Station and Rail Station across the road also get ferries to Isle of Wight and Gosport within 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

Lack of wardrobe to hang my clothes and lack of AC to keep room cool in the heat.

Warm courteous welcome. Location perfect. Charming Boutique hotel. Comfortable delightful room - free upgrade provided. Delicious generous breakfast included.
