Pros:

The location is perfect, right next to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, The Spinnaker tower and Gunwharf Quays Centre which was full of great shops and restaurants.

The hotel itself was comfy and the staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant. I extremely happy I chose this hotel.
Pros:

The property was lovely and clean.
Our room was nice, bright and warm.
The location of the property was ideal. It was a stone throw away from the station, Gun wharf, harbour and restaurants.

Cons:

The shower/bathroom is slightly on the small side.
There was a small and big shower, which was a bit confusing, but I worked it out.

The hotel was ideally placed for everything we had come to see. Would certainly book again.
Pros:

The location for our stay was excellent. We had tickets to see the Historic Naval Dockyard. The hotel was about 200m from the gate. The room was nice. Comfy bed clean bathroom facilities. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast was varied enough for all tastes for a 3* hotel. Lovely restaurant. John was on reception before we arrived. When I phoned to say we were lost he was most helpful. He was very friendly, pointing out local facilities and the location of Gunwharf Quays and various restaurants. When we asked for a heavier duvet, he arrived in moments with another.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit narrow. Knees almost touching the wall on toilet.

Great breakfast, great location.
Pros:

Super breakfast, easy access to all we planned to visit and easy parking. Great staff would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

Cons:

The bus station and road outside could be noisy and room would be hot if you stayed in the summer.

The entrance.. tiny door ... Big suitcases... Literally fell over... Not impressed as there was a locked easy disabled entrance that could have ensured physical safety...

Pros:

It was a lovely quiet hotel in a great position. The train and bus station were right across the road and shopping outlet with a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful

Nice trip
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was very well laid out and there was plenty of choice.

Cons:

We thought that the mattress was very hard and the pillows very flat but the room itself was very nice with a lovely view of the harbour. Sort that out would be excellent
