Pros:

駅降りてからアクセスか良かった
そして、思っていたよりキレイな部屋で、シングルだったけと、気持ち狭い感じがしなかった

Cons:

値段がそれなりだったので、朝食がついていてほしかった

タクシーをリクエストしたらキチンと手配してくれた
みなさん、笑顔で感じがいい

Cons:

最初に3名で予約したが2人キャンセルになり人数変更できず全キャンセルで取り直すこてになった。
カード明細を確認したら、3名分で引き落としされていた。来月返ってくるのだろうか。

非常に不愉快
Cons:

過去にも何度か宿泊したが、今回初めて朝食付きプランを選択し、朝食会場入り口でスタッフに朝食券を渡して入場したにも関わらず、食事の途中で別のスタッフから朝食券を持っているか疑われた。
入場時に朝食券を渡し入場した旨を説明したが、謝罪も無く、既に渡した朝食券を確認するでも無く、無言であった。客を無銭飲食と疑うだけ疑い、釈明した後も適切な対応が為されなかったため、非常に不愉快であった。今後はもう利用しません。

接客がよかったです。913室は
冷房設備の音がして、熟睡はできませんでした。
又、テレビのBSが映りませんでした。
4日は雨でしたので、駅から近いので、助かりました。

ベッドが非常に硬く、寝起きに身体が痛かった
