Pros:

The staff was great but mainly Joey made us feel at ease specially me, I was stressed out.

Cons:

Nothing directly from the company, but google maps sends us in a way that we have to cross 4 lanes to get in the parking lot when I drove with the shuttle there's a much safer way is you just continue straight and make a left under the overpass.

Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff from the shuttle driver to front desk when we arrived at 1am.

Great hotel for early flights
Pros:

When we have an early flight out of Austin we usually stay at a different hotel. We decided to try this hotel out and it did not disappoint. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were awesome. We will be staying here for any future early morning flights.
