Great hotel!
Pros:

We missed our flight connection due to a delay in a previous city so we had to stay the night somewhere until our flight the next morning. The staff was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable while relieving my stress and anxiety over the situation. They met all of our needs and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Again, the staff were amazing and so helpful. The room and hotel had everything we needed including a shuttle to and from the airport, breakfast, water, and screens displaying the current flights. It was a great experience.

Convenient Hotel Near the Airport
Pros:

This is an excellent place to stay before a flight out of the Austin airport. The hotel is right outside the airport and they have a shuttle service 24 hours a day. We had to be at the airport at 3:15 a.m. and requested the service when we checked in. The shuttle was at the front door waiting for us at 3 a.m. Check in and check out was easy and courteous. Room was very clean and quiet. Have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

perfect place to stay the night before a flight
Pros:

super convenient location for very early morning flight. shuttle ran every 15 minutes (we took the 4 am). great options for hot meals later in the evening and expansive bar menu as well.

Room not conducive for sleep mainly due to a/c.
Pros:

Location. Shuttle. Staff did the best they could.

Cons:

Air conditioning never reached the set temperature. Totally inadequate. Room felt warm and dank. Noisy A/C.

Did not know I had to pay for parking when I booked but overall an awesome experience. We will definitely stay again and breakfast was very good
