Smooth stay in Hanoi with the friendliest staff
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Mai Li gave us all sorts of advice about what to see in Hanoi and her colleague helped us with the taxi on our way out. The breakfast is very good and varied. The gym is well-equipped compared to other high-end hotels and we enjoyed a nice spa session.

Cons:

We loved everything!

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et avec un personnel au top
Pros:

Le personnel très professionnel et d’une extrême gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. On est directement accueilli avec un beau buffet et les cuisiniers (qui préparent œufs et Phó minute).
Nous avions choisi une chambre sans fenêtres et n’avons pas du tout été dérangé par les bruits de la circulation. Nous avons été dans 3 hôtels différents à Hanoi et celui-ci est l’un de nos préférés

Cons:

N’y être resté qu’une nuit et ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter de la piscine

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Old Town — everything is within easy walking distance. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Ms. Mai Li for her outstanding assistance and kindness, which went far beyond what one would normally expect. Her genuine care and dedication made my stay truly special.

Great hotel in great location with lovely welcoming staff.
Pros:

Has everything you need. Super welcome with ginger and tea plus a cold flannel. Very attentive staff. Hotel close to main sights.

Cons:

Rooftop bar closed a bit early but I can’t think of anything to criticise.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Maili who arranged our tours was exceptional.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. Beautiful presentation with multiple choices.

Cons:

The shower was a little hard to get in and out of. Could be an accident waiting to happen if not careful.

Comfortable stay, delicious breakfast!
Pros:

Nice hotel, breakfast was delicious, very comfortable bed! Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Hot water for shower sometimes wasn’t warm enough or and very long to come, specially in the morning
