Can’t wait to be back
Pros:

The location, breakfast choice (the custard pastry was incredible!) and staff especially Charlotte, Alex and Ez also The breakfast crew. Wonderful, kind and nothing was too much. Made my birthday special. Gave us an upgrade and even moved us to another room immediately when the ac wouldn’t cool in the middle of the night.

The hotel was absolutely good. The housekeeping staffs and reception staffs especially Charlotte wqs so good, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended. I would definitely comeback for my next trip. Cheers guys

Pros:

We recently stayed in Hanoi and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We were able to conveniently walk to popular attractions such as St. Joseph's Cathedral and Hoàn Kiếm Lake, as well as many nearby cafes and shops. Being so centrally located made sightseeing very convenient and allowed us to truly enjoy the charm and atmosphere of Hanoi. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and the great location was definitely one of the highlights.

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the different variety of dishes, especially the pho.
Took the connecting rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good wifi connection.

Tres bon hôtel !

Emplacement idéal dans le vieux quartier
Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant
Le petit déjeuner en buffet est excellent !

Merci beaucoup à Mali qui nous a accueilli et suivi tout au long de notre séjour

Cons:

- La connexion Wifi était mauvaise
- Le bruit des voisins : on pouvait entendre la musique ou certaines discussions selon le volume

- Pas de chance, nous sommes tombés sur une période de travaux au Rez de chaussée nous avons eu quelques nuisances sonores en journée

Champton Saved Our Hanoi Trip – Amazing Staff, Spotless Rooms, and a Perfect Location
Pros:

We actually came to this hotel after leaving another hotel that looked nothing like the photos online. After checking several hotels and even viewing rooms in person, Champton was by far the best choice and completely saved our stay in Hanoi.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Antony was always smiling, helpful, and supportive. Henry at the reception was incredibly kind and patient, helping us choose the room we wanted and showing real empathy after the stressful experience we had before arriving.

Tony was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. He was funny, welcoming, and even knew a few Arabic words, which made us feel even more comfortable and at home.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. After physically checking rooms in four other hotels, we can confidently say Champton stood out the most in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The AC was also excellent and properly cold, which was very important for us after long days outside.

Breakfast was delicious with many options available. Even if something was not on display, the chef would happily prepare it upon request. The staff were also happy to prepare fresh coffee if needed.

What truly made this hotel special for us was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. After thinking our Hanoi trip was ruined because of the previous hotel, Champton completely changed our experience and made our stay memorable.

All the staffs are really friendly, attentive, and is able to communication in English.
Pros:

The location is really convenient and close to cafes, souvenir stores, and food stalls. We experienced warm and comfortable service from all the hotel staffs as well. They were also accommodating to our requests and always tries their best to meet our needs.

Cons:

The 10th floor lift lobby area can be quite warm with almost no ventilation but it is not a problem as the aircon in the rooms are cooling enough.
