Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet und konnten das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen. Aber trotzdem ist es ein top Hotel. Das Zimmer war für Hanoi recht geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Wonderful, 5-star staff looking after guests and perfect location

The property was perfectly located, and the staff outstanding, especially Mail Li at the reception and the breakfast team who went above and beyond to ensure we experience the best possible stay.

Hotel central located
Pros:

Breakfast was really good and the staff was attentive. Stayed in a room without a window but did not feel cramped. The area was good, walking distance to the market and beer street.

Cons:

There were not a lot of seating at the pool area, but I did mention it to the staff, and apparently the swimming pool is a new addition to the hotel and they are still sorting it out.

Often around Vietnam and Europe the smoking is allowed in outdoor areas such as front door swimming pool etc, was not nice walking out into plumes of smoke.

The stay was pure bliss

There are some places you visit… and then there are places that truly stay with you forever. Champton Hanoi Hotel is that place for our family.

From the very first moment we walked through the doors, we didn’t feel like guests—we felt like we had come home. The warmth, the kindness, and the genuine care from every single member of the staff wrapped around us in a way that is so rare and so special. You didn’t just welcome us—you embraced us.

Every part of our stay was filled with love and intention. The food was absolutely incredible—every meal felt like it was made with heart. The spa was peaceful and rejuvenating, the pool was beautiful, and our room was always spotless and comforting. The cleaning staff were beyond amazing—so kind, so attentive, and so proud of their work. It truly showed in every detail.

But what touched us the deepest was your extraordinary kitchen team. Traveling with celiac disease can be stressful and scary at times, especially in a different country—but your cooks and wait staff went above and beyond in a way that brought us so much peace. The care, patience, and understanding they showed meant everything to us. They didn’t just accommodate—they truly protected and cared for us, and that kind of compassion is something we will never forget.

And when it was time to leave… we cried. Sitting on that plane, leaving Vietnam, leaving Champton—it honestly broke our hearts. That’s how much this experience meant to us. That’s how much love we felt.

Thank you for giving our family more than just a place to stay. You gave us comfort, joy, safety, and memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. We love you all so much, and we will absolutely be back.
