Wonderful stay in old quarter hanoi
Pros:

Centrally located, very nice and polite staff, comfortable rooms

Cons:

Just something to note that breakfast is on 11th floor and lift goes till 10th - so if mobility issues please note, else nothing bad - everything is great

Excellent spot, great location, outstanding staff.
Pros:

Service was outstanding. Reception helped woth all of my queries. They even messaged me on whatsapp before I arrived asking if I needed help with anything, which i did and they sorted everything for me.

Cons:

Room didnt have windows, but I knew about this before booking. Everything else was outstanding.

Pros:

Situé dans le quartier des 36 corporations, l'hôtel permet de se déplacer à pied facilement. Le personnel est extrêmement aidant et agréable, faisant tout son possible pour nous donner satisfaction.
Le petit déjeuner propose des plats internationaux et vietnamiens, et une petite piscine située en terrasse permet de se rafraîchir.

Great staff, great value, definitely will return to this hotel
Pros:

The staff are amazing. Very helpful and understanding. From top to bottom, everyone working there was friendly and inviting. Customer service goes above and beyond. Laundry service is awesome. Breakfast was amazing. The room was very nice. Located on a busy street but i enjoyed it since there were many different options to shop.

Pros:

Looks and feels clean, spacious, decent gym, attentive staff. I thought i would be bothered by the no-windows room but nope not at all. Also appreciated cable tv. Walking distance to most touristy places.
