Champton Saved Our Hanoi Trip – Amazing Staff, Spotless Rooms, and a Perfect Location
Pros:

We actually came to this hotel after leaving another hotel that looked nothing like the photos online. After checking several hotels and even viewing rooms in person, Champton was by far the best choice and completely saved our stay in Hanoi.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Antony was always smiling, helpful, and supportive. Henry at the reception was incredibly kind and patient, helping us choose the room we wanted and showing real empathy after the stressful experience we had before arriving.

Tony was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. He was funny, welcoming, and even knew a few Arabic words, which made us feel even more comfortable and at home.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. After physically checking rooms in four other hotels, we can confidently say Champton stood out the most in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The AC was also excellent and properly cold, which was very important for us after long days outside.

Breakfast was delicious with many options available. Even if something was not on display, the chef would happily prepare it upon request. The staff were also happy to prepare fresh coffee if needed.

What truly made this hotel special for us was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. After thinking our Hanoi trip was ruined because of the previous hotel, Champton completely changed our experience and made our stay memorable.

Это прекрасное место, с баром на крыше и бассейном. Все сотрудники были невероятно внимательны и милы. Нам подняли категорию номера бесплатно. И парень на рецепции очень помогал мне в стрессовой ситуации - звонил водителю автобуса и просил подождать, так как мы мчались по пробкам. Однозначно, когда вернусь в Ханой - только здесь 🥰☺️

All the staffs are really friendly, attentive, and is able to communication in English.
Pros:

The location is really convenient and close to cafes, souvenir stores, and food stalls. We experienced warm and comfortable service from all the hotel staffs as well. They were also accommodating to our requests and always tries their best to meet our needs.

Cons:

The 10th floor lift lobby area can be quite warm with almost no ventilation but it is not a problem as the aircon in the rooms are cooling enough.

Nice hotel and Charlotte is amazing
Pros:

Everytging was perfect. First and the most important thing is the receptionist “charlotte” , what an amazing person and beautiful soul , she is soo soo welcoming with a smile and she was very helpful when she knew that i had a problem with my flight and she offered solutions also for me , and she also gave me a good recommendations where to go and what to do aince its ny first time here in vietnam ..
And also tony “ mr. Easy “ he is super nice and we talked and chatted alot .
I will give the address of this hotel to everyone i know

Unser Aufenthalt im Champton Hanoi war einfach perfekt! Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.
Der Service war wirklich Weltklasse – das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht!
Auch das Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gefallen: Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, die Luft und das gesamte Ambiente sehr entspannend. Der Pool war ebenfalls super und perfekt zum Abschalten nach einem Tag in Hanoi. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und einfach rundum toll.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir erneut in Hanoi sind. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Aufenthalt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Staff were all amazing, breakfast lovely and our room was quiet and comfortable. Aircon is excellent.
Gym is super size too.
