הגענו למלון ליומיים אחרונים של הטיול והם היו מושלמים .
החל בקבלת הפנים של מיילי המקסימה שדאגה להכל כולל הכל ומעבר למצופה ונסיים בכך שגם כשעזבנו דאגו לכל דבר עד הפרט האחרון (כולל מזכרת קטנה לכל אחד מאיתנו).
שודרגנו לחדר הכי מפואר במלון, קיבלנו שירות מצוין, למרות השיפוץ של המלון לא הרגשנו זאת כלל .
הצוות בכל המלון אדיב שירותי חייכן ותמיד שמח לעזור .
האנגלית של הצוות מצויינת (משהו שסופר חשוב בוויטנאם- כי לא בכל מלון הצוות מבין ומדבר אנגלית טובה לתקשורת )
האוכל במלון טוב מאוד, מושקע ורואים שיש חשיבה מאחורי הכל .
תודה על אירוח מעולה .

Absolutely loved the stay. Very cosy place and very well located in the heart of Hanoi. Maili and her staff were very good to talk to - very kind, accommodating and caring people. Highly recommend this hotel!

تنظيف باستمرار ، جميع مستلزمات الغرفه موجودة ، الفندق بوسط السوق والصرافين والبقالات وكل شي جنبك خطوتين مايحتاج سياره

الجيم صغير جدا ولايوجد فيه اجهزه ، المسبح صغير ، محل المساج في الفندق تم زيارته اربع مرات ولايوجد احد ، عزل الغرف سيئ من الاعلى والجنب وتسمع كل شي ، المدخل تحت الإنشاء ، ازعاج مستمر بسبب اعمال الصيانة . الغرفه صغيره جدا وعكس الصور
