Estancia inmejorable
Pros:

The treatment in this hotel has been incredible, apart from having everything for an ideal stay, the staff is attentive and they care about every detail. I lost my wallet on the street with all the money and they helped me get it back and checked the cameras. I will be eternally grateful, they are wonderful people. The best place to stay!

Pros:

The location was very convenient. Close to alot of attractions.
The staffs was super helpful. ( only thing was they chat too much to each other in vietnamese)
I would stay in it again next time iam in hanoi.
Highly recommend!

Awesome location and staff!
Pros:

This hotels location was excellent and the staff were fantastic.
The rooms were what we expected, a little tired but for the price they were good, great value for money.
Daily servicing was very good and we were given complimentary water.
Air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast was good - a good variety of things and was included in our room rate.
Roof top bar a bonus and did great cocktails.
Be aware that the Reception area is currently under major construction so when you arrive you may be initially disappointed. I read in one of the reviews about this so was prepared and it was actually fine.

Cons:

The roof top pool is small and very dated and run down.

Champton Hotel - Stay Here :)
Pros:

The hotel well situated in Hanoi's Old Quater and close to Train Street, for anyone who wants to be nearby. On check-in i was advised the rooms were recently renovated, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a pleasant suprise!. The staff were all phenomenal, extremely helpful and friendly with special thanks to Maili for going above and beyond for us. If you are thinking of coming to Hanoi, stay Champton, it may be a little more pricey than other hotels but my god it is worth it!

Excellent value, super attentive staff, lovely breakfast and great amenities
Pros:

I ended up booking last moment due to my Ha long bay boat cruise being cancelled.
I couldn’t believe the price! So cheap, the staff were amazingly attentive, breakfast was lovely and I really liked the gym. With the weather as bad as it was having this and an indoor bar (with Happy hr) was brilliant.

Cons:

Nothing, I had already booked my hotel for next two nights in other hotel but wish I hadn’t and could have stayed.
