Pros:

部屋は清潔で廊下の広い窓から岩木山が望める点は良かったがドアの開け方に難があり開けるのに手間取った。泊まった部屋だけの問題だったのかは不明。空調が壊れていたのか暑くて夜寝れないほどだった。冷房で17度にしてもぜんぜん聞かず翌日は寝不足で観光する羽目に。

Pros:

宿泊したのは10月上旬、寒気の後で気温が10度以下の状況だったのに、暖房使えず。
ホテルの空調によっては、全館暖房または冷房しか使えないところはよくあるが、それにしてもこの時期で暖房に切り替えていないのはどうかと思いました。風邪をひかないようにするのが大変でした。自販機設置、部屋に冷蔵庫設置は便利でした。

Pros:

特に無いのですが
強いて言えば、２階の客室に行き来する際
３段ほどの階段が少しだけしんどかったです。
重いキャリーバックを持ち上げなければならず
お年寄りなどは苦労するのでは？
それ以外は何も無いですね。

Room Type not according to my booking, what a stinky smoking room!
Pros:

I booked a non-smoking room, indeed it's a big deal as smoking rooms in Japan is really awful if you are a non-smoker. Guess what? I was check-in to a smoking room on the day. I called the front desk, with my minimal Japanese language to demand a non-smoking room as per my booking, the staff told me the hotel is running full thus there is nothing they can do except giving me an apology.

The room stinks! the duvet stained. The bed is old and uncomfortable...you don't need me to further describe, I believe.

Please stay away from this old and uncomfortable hotel.

Good Single Rooms
Pros:

Great spot, not far from the station or Hirosaki Park. Good price for a single room with own bathroom. Beds are king single. A/C and everything you need. Restaurant is down stairs and does a buffet breakfast for a good price. Would be good to add a bit more western food to the menu.
