The property is located good place but the rooms and the cleanness and other things are not up to mark. I don’t understand how this property showed 4 star reviews where the overall experience I will give only 2.5 star or for staff behavior I can rate 3 star only.

The actual resort as per the photos is a good property with bad food quality and very highly over priced menu.
But they are the real cheaters as they show you this property and make you stay at another property exactly opposite to the one they have branded.
This another property seems OK from outside, but from inside too much pathetic.
Also, including both properties, they have very less staff. Guards from the gate were coming to room to change bedsheets, reception lady was cleaning the gutter line, and so many observations.
Dont book it. It will ruin your family trip.

The hotel and it's management are terrible. When we walked in, the bedsheets, towels and pillows were all dirty. They didn't have any clean towels. The shower wasn't working. It was a terrible experience staying here with my family. Please avoid this place.
Resort environment and all staffs are wellbeing and helpful towards their guests.

it was a good stay, great value, clean comfort room, not on the lakeside so I had no disturbances at night. visited inhouse Spa and got great treatment.

First of all, the location is perfect. Short distance from hallanchwok and yet peace as it is located along the inner street. Resort's compound is large and the garden has added the beauty. Indoor and outdoor dinning options are also a plus point. Polite and sincere staff are always there for you from entry to the checkout. Every dish from breakfast to supper were delicious and some were new to me and I really liked it. Absolutely worth staying with family, friends and even for the corporate programs as they have really nice halls with properly functioning facilities.
It would be even better if they had a swimming pool.
Tuki resort has two different blocks, you choose you can choose on your budget, according to the price both properties are worhty, it was comfortable stay.
