Very good location and room size for a small family at this cheap price.
Pros:

Very cheap price-point considering the location of the hotel and also size of room. Room is relatively clean as well. Every level has got water dispenser (hot/cold) for you to refill water if required. Very good food options just downstairs at walkable distance. Parking lot was also available in front and side of hotel.

Cons:

Walls between rooms are rather thin. Any noise can be heard prominently between adjacent rooms and also corridor passer-bys. Can hear TV sound playing in the room just beside mine. Very basic amenities in the room is expected for the amount paid.

Pros:

Reception staff is very helpful. Last min I would like to book in 1 more room next night. She is very polite and told me to wait a while and she will settle for me while she needs to finish up another customer documentation. Very strategic location away from noisy sounds. Easy to walk to shops to walk around.
