Cleanliness
This place is very convenient to Little India, Jonker Street, and Jonker Walk. After 12 AM, there is nobody at the counter, and there is no security guard either. When asked for reasons, they said there is not enough manpower. Anyone can enter anytime. The pillows and the room floor are very dirty. What is shown in the picture is totally different from reality.

The room is great for 2 adults only. It is a bit small but for the cheap price, I couldn't complain much. I just love how everything is within walking distance. The famous Taming Sari is only a 5-minute walk or even less from the hotel. It is so cheap but the location is superb, especially for tourists who want to explore Melaka. It is also surrounded by the 2 biggest malls in Melaka which are Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan Mall.
The Famous Old Chruch is a bit far but as someone who loves to walk, it's not that far. Maybe 10-15 minutes walk at most. There are many restaurants too nearby the hotel, if you get hungry just pick any restaurant. I recommend JR Asam Pedas and Asam Pedas 5 Beradik. A bit pricy for Asam Pedas 5 Beradik because it is a very famous restaurant in Melaka but very worth it for the price. If you are a tourist who comes from a country that has a higher currency rate than MYR, you should try this restaurant it won't hurt your pockets 😂😂. The price ranges from RM9-30 for Asam Pedas depending on the meals. Try their Asam Pedas Tetel, it'll change your world fr.
For those who are not familiar with Melaka, keep in mind that every weekend, Melaka transform into a car-free city starting from 6 pm onwards but they close other roads as early as 5 pm sometimes. So, it's extremely walkable. The only busy road that you need to cross is between the hotel building and Taming Sari because it becomes the main road in the city but there is a crosswalk. Although, it is a bit far. To be honest, I just jaywalk since the road is always jammed, and sometimes the cars don't move at all. Just be extremely careful. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at if you don’t have a car and love to walk to explore the city better.
