Jaya House River Park Hotel

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was beyond amazing. They would anticipate your every need or wish. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

I do quite a bit of traveling and always enjoy staying at nice hotels. Jaya House takes it to another level. From the instant you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff - umbrellas in the rain, cold towels after a hot day. The rooms are immaculate and feel so private. The decor is so relaxing, food is incredible, the spa is top notch, and the pools are amazing. Plus all of the inclusions during your stay (free massage every day, tuk tuk rides into town, breakfast - the list goes on an on). I felt like a bit of a celebrity during my stay. I can’t recommend staying here enough - if I come back to Cambodia I’ll definitely stay here again.

Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Jaya House is truly an oasis of calmness that feels like a comfortable home that you return to. What stands out is the staff who go out of their way to make you feel special and well taken care of. Considerable thought has been given to the little things that make a big difference like how the property is designed to feel welcoming and peaceful, the art, flora and design touches for the eyes, the essential oils for the smell, and the sound of water for the ears. They also remove stress by providing complimentary tuk-tuk service to the town and back, complimentary massages and mini-bar and more. Truly well done to Christian and Chris for making Jaya House an amazing place to stay.

The definition of luxury. Every detail is perfection. Just book it - it’s wonderful from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Ps coffee bar opens at 5am, one free incredibly massage every day, ice cream at the pool, the best club sandwich you’ll ever have, free tuk tuks all over town, and the grounds are stunning. If you go on any tours, request Tom - brilliant, inviting, and loves what he does.

Pure Magic – A Stay We’ll Never Forget at Jaya House River Park

From the moment we arrived in Siem Reap—an hour late, no less—Jaya House River Park blew us away with their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Our driver greeted us with the kindest smile, a cold towel, and chilled fresh water. To top it off, he had a perfectly cut cup of fruit waiting for us—what a thoughtful touch after a long flight. The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable, and things only got better from there.

We were welcomed personally by the owner upon arrival. Our luggage was taken care of without us lifting a finger. Instead of standing at a check-in desk, we were led to a serene dining room, seated, and served our favorite juices and freshly made sandwiches—they had anticipated we’d be hungry after our travels. This is how check-in should be done.

As if that wasn’t enough, they arranged our complimentary massages for that evening—a perfect way to unwind. We were amazed to learn that daily laundry service was included, and everything was returned beautifully pressed and fresh.

The resort itself is stunning. There are two beautiful pools that feel like your own private oasis. We ordered cocktails and lunch by the water, and I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep under the sun.

I am a hardcore traveler. Been all over the world and Jaya House River Park is the best yet. The owner has thought of everything from providing non-plastic refillable water bottles to complimentary tuk tuks and laundry service. I wish more US hotels operated like Jaya House.

Jaya House is amongst the best boutique properties my wife and I have experienced anywhere in the world. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Service is more attentive and personal than most luxury branded hotels.

Check-in is done casually during an elegant and delicious breakfast. They will not only make sure you have water at the pool, but will replace the water once the ice melts. The included spa treatments are relaxing. The bar entertainment was beautiful and engaging. The bartenders know how to make a quality drink. The folded flowers are a perfect touch.

Our trip to Siam Reap was excellent and Jaya House made it exceptional.

Staying at this hotel may be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was truly exceptional.

Simply an extraordinary place, with a chic, bliss-inducing design and every convenience anticipated and fulfilled. The hotel is a short (complimentary) tuk-tuk ride into the busy downtown, but also a short walk to treasures like the Khmer Ceramics & Fine Arts Centre. They even had the coffee bar staffed and substantial breakfasts packed as we departed at 4:40am for our sunrise tour of Angkor. We truly can't recommend it highly enough, and won't think about staying anywhere else if we are lucky enough to visit Siem Reap again.

We stayed at Jaya House instead of a chain and we are so happy we made that decision. Christian, the owner, has created an incredible and luxurious hotel with service that will blow you away. They were so thoughtful and caring at every turn, provided tuk tuk service, laundry service, massage benefits, an incredible restaurant, luxurious grounds, an amazing room and much more. We had an excellent honeymoon stay at Jaya House. From pick-up at the airport, to drop off 5 days later, we were able to relax and really enjoy Siem Reap. The hotel owner helped organize a multi-day tour of the Angkor temples with a fabulous tour guide (Mr. Hann) and we still had ample time to enjoy the pools and spa facilities at the hotel and explore the town. The food at the restaurant is excellent, especially the Khmer cuisine, and very reasonably priced. The staff is LOVELY! So attentive and kind. We will be back to the area and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

This was one of the best places we stayed in our trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. I would highly recommend Cambodia and the Jaya house as great easy safe places to visit, explore and start to understand the culture. Cambodia was awesome and the people at Jaya River House were exceptional

Jays House made our trip to Siem Reap so much better. Stepping of the plane to find someone waiting for us with cold towels and fresh fruits was amazing. Each of the staff at Jaya house seemed so happy to work there and so eager to cater to our every need. The outstanding things were the complimentary laundry, included breakfast, complimentary daily massages, complimentary tuk tuk’s and a phone for us to beckon and call at anytime. There was no issue that was too hard. We were offered a complimentary super delayed checkout which ensured we were so comfortable before our late flight.
The hotel restaurant had excellent dining options. Would stay here in a heart beat again.

The best hotel i have ever had the opportunity to visit. The service is out of this world

This was a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We were instantly greeted by smiling and helpful people. They whisked us right into the restaurant to sit and discuss our stay which was nice to know what to expect. They handled everything from booking a tour guide to Angkor Wat and giving us local recommendations. A nice touch was giving us a small sheet of Cambodian phrases to know and also having hotel tuktuks that could take you where you wanted to go in the city with a little phone they give you to call one when needed.

I wish I could give them a full 5 stars but while they tried to be aware of a food allergy, they still tried to give us soy sauce and even croutons in a salad. When I asked if the croutons were gluten-free the server insisted they were. He then called our room a couple of minutes later to let us know they were *not* gluten free. While they did have gluten free bread on hand, I think more work needs to be done to mark the menu with options and educate the staff better on such allergies. Other than that, I would absolutely return again happily.

From the warm welcome to us leaving, the service was impeccable. The food was delicious, especially the freshly baked bread. The rooms were kept immaculate. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.
