Pros:

Great location just a few minutes away from a quiet beach and away from the noise in town. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was appreciated. The stay was very affordable and was great value for money for us.

Cons:

There were some issues with noise (doors slamming) by other guests being inconsiderate early in the morning which impacted our rest. The bathroom could use an upgrade but was perfectly usable and very clean.

Wonderful Homely Hotel in Great Location
Pros:

Lovely garden to relax in. Good location very near peaceful scenic beach and not far to walk into Torquay. Also near some fabulous coastal views. Lovely lounge to relax in with bar. Pleasant room, adequate parking. Good food. Very friendly staff. Homely hotel with friendly holiday makers to chat to.

Cons:

Room a bit hot but there was a fan so not a problem really.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub rund um dieses Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig - very British - und sehr gut; sehr schöne Gartenanlage, sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Stadt Torquay ist sehr schön, gut zum Ausgehen und eine gute Ausgangsgrundlage zu Touren in die Umgebung, sei es die Küste oder ins Dartmoor.

Cons:

überwiegend älteres Publikum, ich hätte mir schon mehr jüngere Leute gewünscht.

It was spoilt by bad weather..which was unfortunate. So we didn’t get chance to sit in lovely garden.
Pros:

Large bedroom and excellent meals staff all very good.

Cons:

The television kept going wrong, but they reset it all for us but didn’t make any difference. We had a poor view was looking straight into a concrete wall.
