traveling in the city of Semarang, staying at the Grandhika Hotel was an unforgettable experience, strategic location, spacious and comfortable rooms, very delicious food, very friendly service, Ms. Raihan with her very attractive and friendly smile made it even more perfect

The room was quite clean and spacious, a deluxe type. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The receptionist service during the evening check-in with Mas Radit was friendly, only the lobby was a bit messy due to renovations.

A good place to stay since it is located close to Kota Lama Semarang and other things-to-do places in Semarang. Easy to access and the hotel provides shuttle car to the aiport or to the train stations. Smooth check-in and check-out process and the staffs are polite and helpful. Room is OK, all features are working well but the towels are worn out and no small hand towels available. Food is below my expectations and needs to be improved immediately.

This place is really nice! It has a very cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy every moment. The food is delicious, with a variety of choices that cater to different tastes, and the service is absolutely top-notch.

Mas Flendy was especially helpful and friendly, adding a personal touch that made our visit even more enjoyable. The ambience here is just perfect – warm lighting, tasteful decor, and a relaxing vibe that makes you feel right at home.

The prices are reasonable and absolutely worth it for the quality and experience you get. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing food!

My friends and I had a pleasant experience Iftar on my Ramadhan, tasting various foods, delicious and getting good service from Miss Raihan.
Success for Grandhika Hotel, always able to make us happy when visiting there. Almost forgot, I really like the night view at the swimming pool.

Nice place to stay. Stayed at deluxe rooms, aircon working well, water pressures also find. Clean room with smoking. Breakfast finds well and many option available. Pools avalaible with clean and clear water licated at 5th floor and well maintained. Helps by Rina n Sinta.

The friendliness of all the staff creates a pleasant atmosphere to stay here. Greeting loyal guests by their proper names shows a real care, and represents a good quality of service, for the room is very comfortable with proper air conditioning

However, I have to say for the sake of goodness, the breakfast menu during my stay here never changed, sometimes it makes me bored who has been staying here for a long time. In total I stayed almost 1 month with a few weeks break, and the menu is still the same.😅

So far, me and my family enjoyed the hotel, the bedrooms very comfortable unfortunately the bedsheets still have stained. The breakfast is good and delicious. We are satisfied by the services. The staffs are nice (Rina, Saskia, and Sinta)
