Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla...molta spaziosa e letti comodi..colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità...bello il centro benessere...peccato alcune zone chiuse e acqua della piscina non sufficientemente calda

Pros:

Personal war nett und sauber war’s

Cons:

Pool war kalt 2 Tage, 3 Tag wurde es angeblich gereinigt und zu wenig Informatives, sprich Broschüren was gibt es was kann man als Tourist in der Nähe machen, was bietet das Hotel. Musste immer nachfragen bekam kurz und leider nicht informative Antwort. Für mich keine 5 Sterne.

The stay was too, apart from the towel issue, apart from that the bathrooms were very clean and so was the room.
Pros:

The location was lovely, the views on to a stream and surrounding mountains.

Cons:

They did not have an Iron in the rooms, instead you had to pay for your clothes to be ironed.

I also noticed that the towels were not replaced in the bathroom, instead they were folded and put back as if they were replaced, even though the towels had staines on them.

Pros:

Pristupačno i ljubazno osoblje,sobe prostrane i čiste. Doručak ponuda ogromna za svakoga ima po nešto.
Lokacija je super, blizu ima restorane. Nije daleko ni stanica od tramvaja (setnjom 10ak min). Tko voli šetati. A uvijek je tu i opcija pozvati i taksi.
