من أروع الفنادق التي زرتها و اهم نقطه لنا كـ مسلمين هو وجود شطاف بدورات المياه و هالشي موجود بالفندق

إقامة رائعة وخدمة مميزة، وشكر خاص للأستاذ محمد أمين على تعامله الراقي واهتمامه بالنزلاء.

أعجبتني نظافة الفندق وموقعه الهادئ وإطلالته الجميلة. كما كان طاقم العمل متعاونًا وودودًا طوال فترة الإقامة، وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ محمد أمين من الجزائر، حيث كان مثالًا للاحترافية وحسن التعامل، وحرص دائمًا على تقديم المساعدة والاهتمام براحة النزلاء، مما جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة وتميزًا.

لا توجد ملاحظات جوهرية، وكانت الإقامة بشكل عام ممتازة.

Exceptional
Pros:

Location was close to the airport and within walking distance from restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities, and private parking was available. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was incredible with multiple options.

فندق موقع حلو نظيف وفطور متنوع فيه شفاط وهذا ينحسب له

المكان جميل وشعب البوسني ودود وشعب متعاون بس انصدمت من فندق ملاك لم اتوقع فندق 5نجوم يكون غير متعاون طلبت منهم ماي كل ماي بفلوس لو علبه وحده اول مره اشوف فندق يبيع الماي للزباين وطلبت منهم تمديد لاني راح اطلع ساعه 11رفضو مع اني طلبت فقط ساعه اول ماجيت مافي فرش اسنان وادوات تنظيف الا لما طلبت اتمنى من اداره الفندق ينتبهون لان اشياء الصغيره تضر بسمعه الفندق وطلبنا سياره من الفندق عند شارع قط الحقاىب حتي ماو صلنا عند البوابه الله يسامحكم بس

نظيف وموقع وتعامل وفطور على مستوى عالي وجميل يالتوفيق🩶

ما شاء الله المكان والإطالة جميلة جداً وتعامل الموظفين واغلبهم يتكلمون عربي وصلت مبكر حدود الساعه 10 الصباح وقال لي الدخول 3 قال ادفع 50 ٪؜ من قيمة السكن قلت لا بجلس بالاستقبال بريح لحد ما يجي الوقت فدخلني مباشره بدون مقابل الله يسعده ويجزاه خير يا رب ، طبعاً في ضريبة مدينة تدفعه إذا وصلت 3 يورو لشخصين لليوم الواحد اعتقد الأطفال ما حسبهم لان الموقع يحسبهم فدفعت شبكه قال اوفر لك او سيتم خصم المبلغ عن طريق التطبيق ..

Perfect Family oriented
Pros:

River View, soundproofing, staff, for me, was the location ( perhaps other prefers closer to crowds and city centres). This is a very family-friendly/oriented hotel. Surrounded by educational institutions and tidy clean gardens and walking paths.
