Excellent séjour!
Pros:

Bel établissement, personnel et ambiance générale sympathique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus, tout comme le restaurant. Superbe buffet de petit déjeuner. Bonne situation avec un grand centre commercial juste à côté.

Wir waren 2019 das erste Mal hier und es ist immernoch ein tolles Hotel mitten in PUERTO PRINCESA. Zuvorkommender Service, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Rooftop-Bereich mit Pool und Flamingo-Bar einfach wunderbar! Frühstück frisch und lecker!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, außer die Hellhörigkeit der Hotelflure.

I liked the location and the decor

Cons:

The properties floor was very dirty. The whole hotel can use a mop daily. The room was very hot. I thought it was air conditioned and it ended up being an automatic fan in the room.

Darren the manager of restaurant , know how to communicate and accommodate customer

The restaurant is super good especially the manager Darren he accommodate my husband and I beyond above , he's so kind and treated us wonderfully , because of him we want to come back to the hotels - and the room cleaner and room service was to kind .
The parking person was good and some waiter and supervisor too , BUT

Cons:

What we did not appreciated is the rudeness of a woman in front desk call my husband and are guest in our room and told him them they have 15 minutes to leave the room . They could a been nice but instead the way they communicate was so rude and unpleasant ! That makes my husband and our guest really did not appreciated and makes them don't want to stay again to this hotel ! Very Bad customer service . Communication is so important and if your people does not know how to communicate , you will lose customer
Also the Aircondioner keeps turn in off - the room get hot - they should fix the Aircondioner in each room .

Ok hotel voor max 2 nachten

De grootte vd kamers, de netheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Cons:

Het lawaai van andere gasten. Er werd veel geroepen in de gangen. Lange tijd wachten op het eten 's avonds. Er zijn geen parasols aan het zwembad. Zoveel vers fruit aanwezig in het land en toch waren de cocktails niet echt lekker.

Cons:

The property was good overall and the staff were accommodating. However, the bed sheets had a slightly musty/old smell, which affected the comfort of our stay. Hopefully this can be improved with fresher linens and better ventilation. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Malheureusement mauvaise expérience

L’hôtel est sympa et il y a de nombreux équipements, piscine, salle de sport, spa et restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix et le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. C’est une très bonne option pour une étape ou un transfert entre 2 villes.

Cons:

C’est un grand hôtel qui accueille des groupes scolaires. Une grande salle de réception se trouve au deuxième étage, où étaient également situées nos chambres (la nôtre, la première après la salle de réception). Malheureusement, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à cet étage et l’expérience a été très désagréable.

Lors de la première soirée, une fête avait lieu à notre étage : le bruit dans les couloirs a été incessant jusque tard dans la nuit, puis de nouveau dès l’aube. La deuxième soirée, bien qu’il n’y ait pas d’événement dans la salle, les nuisances sonores dans les couloirs ont continué toute la nuit.

Il serait souhaitable de réserver cet étage aux groupes de jeunes et d’installer les autres clients dans des zones plus calmes de l’hôtel.
