Lovely place to stay for work or pleasure
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, ideal location for work trip, unfortunately arriving late and early start so no time to eat but have stayed on few occasions and food has always been great. Although a G&T was enjoyed very much. Plenty of space to park near entrance. Will stay again.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

We had a 3 hour journey to the property, which I explained on the phone to Dion when I booked, he rang us on the way down to see how we were getting on to enable us to have an evening meal. The meal was absolutely stunning, the cocktails to die for and the bed... So comfortable! What a gem!

Nothing

I never knew this hotel was there in Bristol. I thoroughly recommend it for a special location.
Pros:

A surprising patch of countryside within a busy city environment. The experience was one of a rural country house with happy staff that added to the relaxation.

Cons:

The logistics of the site required a short walk outside to the room, but it felt idyllic.
