Lovely place, beautiful views, beautifully clean
Pros:

Room was lovely, furniture was beautiful, comfortable and clean.
Dinner lovely, was presented beautifully.
Breakfast was a little underwhelming the egg was served undercooked slimy and clear liquid on top, changed upon request but should have not been served initially. Price for breakfast felt a little high for what choices were offered, no options were given for types of eggs required just fried maybe more options on offer would be good.
And also coffee options could be widened maybe not charge more for anything other than standard coffee.

An excellent choice, we Will definitely be returning

Location close to the M5 was the principal reason for staying here, however it soon became clear that this was more than just a convenient stopping place.

Cons:

Beautiful grounds and a stunning building, coupled with friendly helpful staff and an excellent dining menu made for an enjoyable of short stay.

Pros:

Everything met my expectation. Rooms are the same as shown in the pictures. We also tried the dinner and breakfast services and the food is incredible too. All the staff members we met provided great services as well. We had a wonderful stay there. Will definitely recommend.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit small.

Lovely grounds & interesting rooms and building.
Pros:

The location was excellent (once we found the hotel).

Cons:

We were there for a celebration dinner & it was a little disappointing. I was also surprised that we couldn’t book with breakfast.
