Super friendly staff, huge room with nice view, really delicious breakfast, nice & photogenic interior design with good artistic taste
All doors/windows inside the room are a little distorted and hard to close/lock; toilets become smelly the next day (maybe due to old plumbing?); no elevator, we had to haul our suitcases down and up 3 floors.

Nada, no hay nada que no me gustara.
La atencion es espectacular!! nos armaron los recorridos por dia desde la recepcion del hotel, nos ayudaron con el tema del paseo en globo, hasta nos regalaron unas delicatesens turcas antes de irnos, Lo mejor del hotel, la gente que lo atiende!!!
La cocinera nos traia a la mesa cosas especiales que hacia para el desayuno.

A very beautiful and unique hotel with rooms inside a large cave. The room was clean, spacious, and felt luxurious. The view facing the hills was stunning, especially at night when the lights on the surrounding mountains and caves were turned on.
Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Hamidah, who assisted us with information and booking the hot air balloon.
Our room for 5 people had 2 bathrooms, both very large and beautifully designed. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

La ubicación del hotel mejor imposible, tenía unas vistas preciosas desde el balcón de la habitación al Valle Pasabag y al
Castillo uchisar, el desayuno fue el mejor de los 6 Hoteles en los que estuve por mi recorrido en Turquía. La atención del personal del Hotel fue como sentirse en familia, personas preocupadas por nuestro retorno ya que las carreteras estaban nevadas y era peligroso, la chica de la recepción del pelo rizo no recuerdo su nombre es encantadora nos regaló una caja de dulces antes de irnos, hablaba un inglés perfecto y en Whatapp hacía el intento por escribirnos en español, este Hotel deberían subirlo de categoría, cuando vuelva a Capadoccia no dudaré en volver alojarme ahí.

From the moment we contacted the hotel, everything felt smooth. They replied quickly on WhatsApp and were happy to sort out whatever we needed, from extra fans to additional toiletries.
The Turkish breakfast was solid, and the dining space had a warm, homely vibe that you don’t usually get in standard hotels.
We booked the Family Room with Terrace, and bro, the space was amazing. Two proper bedrooms, plenty of room for a couple and three kids, and the whole layout felt huge and really comfortable.
The team also helped us arrange private transport at reasonable rates, which made planning our days much easier.
Every staff member we met, from the reception to the kitchen, carried themselves with such friendliness that it felt like everyone there worked as one big family.
Overall, it was a relaxing stay for us, a nice slow pace away from the rush of city life.
