Nice place really. Would stay again.

Great bathroom. Very comfortable. Nice tv. Had a lift. Warm and welcoming staff. Nice location near a lake away from the old quarter. Great laundry service.

Cons:

Very loud neighbouring guests. Constantly shouting and slamming doors very late. No one did anything about this even though it went on for a while. We were charged for drinking two small bottles of water from the fridge when we left.

Pros:

The room at the 7th Floor is not convenient at all. First of all, the lift goes only to the 6th floor and then due to the train passing near by, the entire bed shakes around 5-6 times a day.

The location is good but the hotel is not.

Affordable and Clean hotel !
Pros:

It is located nearby the tay ho, and it is also so close to the Hoan Kiem lake.
Hotel is open for 24 hours catering to guest's convenience, room condition is clean and neat like any $30 3 star hotels in Hoan kiem lakes. View is not so good so I recommend this hotel for just sleeping in a spacious and clean condition. Breakfast is not provided but there are many street shops or restaurant popular among tourists in the walking distance. The only downside is so weak soundproof environment. You can hear elevator moving sound so loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night :(
