Alles war mit aufkosten wie internet , safe usw. Personal ungebildet essen schlecht, das einzige der preis war ok , ich habe mehr erwartet von einem 4 sterne hotel

The hotel allow people to block sunbeds.
Extreme long queues at the buffet.
There is no water in the rooms, and you can’t get water at the hotel.
They tell you to leave the hotel and get water elsewhere. What kind of hotel doesn’t have water??

Stay away.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception to check me in. I tried calling the phone number and ringing the bell, but no one came until another guest went into the staff area and knocked on the doors.

Eventually, the receptionist appeared, but he seemed very confused. I immediately got a strange feeling about him, but things got even more unsettling when I entered my room in this so-called “four-star” hotel.

The room was smaller than what I had booked and was filthy. I reluctantly went back to the reception and said I couldn’t stay in such a dirty room. They then gave me a room that matched the size I originally booked and was in slightly better condition — though still unclean and far from what you would expect from a four-star hotel.

The balcony furniture was unusable due to layers of ingrained dirt. The bathroom had mold, and the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the bed.

Solo travelers, take note: the room doors do not have peepholes, and the locks are very weak. The hotel refused to cancel my reservation, so I ended up staying there.

The food was decent, and the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and friendly — except for the man who checked me in. He also handled my checkout, and while I was there, a young woman was checking in, and i had to witness situation where her told him that it was unprofessional to ask her out.

Arrived in middle of night having been dropped off at hotel.of same name but not right one!! Couldnt find my booking, (grrrr) at 4.oo am ,i was past arguing!! Got a room for night and sorted all out in morning . Very clean, bed was comfortable, aircon was warm which was nice as cold in night. Didnt like the door locks but there was a chain to put on the door... only one plug i could see in room and that wasnt by the bed!!
Food was lovely , lots of fresh salad and Turkish traditional dishes , bread in mornings was amazing, hot food was nice if you knew what you were going for!
Manager Eners was very kind .
Beautiful pool, and so close to beach!

The room is small in general, we asked for king size bed, the hotel gave us a room with the smallest ever king size bed and a single bed that we never used!
No minibar in the room, not even bottles of water! Staff are friendly and food is good, however wifi is not for free! Room was not so clean and only a small bottle of shampoo is offered in room amenities. The hotel is recommended for short stays (1-2 days) where you spend most of your time outdoors.

Kaliteli bir otel.Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş çok yardımcı.Herşey dahil tatil için uygun bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Hotel très cher pour le service rendu!!!
À minuit nos lits n'étaient toujours pas faits nous n'avions ni draps ni serviettes de toilettes !!!!!!!
Inadmissible pour le prix payé !!!!
Il a fallu à plusieurs reprises aller à l'accueil pour faire des réclamations !!!
La seule chose qu'on m'a répondu c'est de faire une réclamation auprès de l'organisme Hotel.com!!!!!
Hotel à éviter !!!!
