家族4人で洞窟ホテルに泊まりたかったため、ファミリースイートのあるこのホテルにしました。我が家が泊まったのは1階のプールに近い部屋で、ベッドルームが２つあり、シングルベッド3台、クイーンベッド1台の部屋に分かれて広々としていました。清掃も行き届いていたと思います。
レセプションの女性の応対もよく、正午前後に到着してまだ部屋の準備ができていませんでしたが、清掃が終わり次第WhatsAppに連絡をくれ、早めにチェックインできました。
評価を辛口にした理由は3点です。
①値段対比で、ホテル全体の施設がそこまで充実していないこと。プールは小さく、レセプションのある建物も簡素です。少なくともファミリースイートの宿泊料金は高額ですが、それに見合っていると言い難いと感じました。
②朝食はまあまあです。種類はそこそこありますが、トルコ料理に飽きてきた状態だと、ウェスタンメニューがもう少しあれば良かったと思います。クオリティもまあまあです。
③コンシェルジュ機能。レセプションではツアーの手配をしてもらえますが、いわゆるレッドツアー・グリーンツアーの類は一人70ユーロと高額な部類です。街中では半額近い格安ツアーもあります。価格が高いだけあって、他の参加客もある程度裕福なファミリーばかりなのが良かったですが、価格の不透明さは拭えないです。また、地元のレストランをお勧めしてもらおうと何度か尋ねましたが、系列のレストラン紹介しかしてもらえず、不満に感じました。

I am so glad that I picked this hotel after researching others. It was in a great location, rooms was great , comfortable beds. Our room was near the pool which meant we didn’t need to climb stairs each day to get to and from the room. it’s easily accessible and restaurants and shops are around the corner. So very central to everything.
The staff were fantastic and arranged tours for us and went out of their way to help when I left my hat and shopping on a tour bus.
The roof top terrace does have balloons fly right over it and the breakfast options where great too

The swimming pool looks the water didn't change for while and not so clean. I would like if they could take care also of the swimming pool much better.
Tekkaya Cave Hotel was one of the absolute highlights of our Turkey trip.
We stayed in Göreme as a family of five, and Tekkaya was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Cappadocia can be tricky for families because many cave hotels are clearly designed around couples or smaller groups, but Tekkaya is one of the few hotels that genuinely caters properly for families, with multiple family-room options and a layout that actually works.
The hotel itself has all the charm you hope for in Cappadocia: cave-style rooms, beautiful views, a relaxed atmosphere and a proper sense of place. It feels authentic without being uncomfortable, and warm without being overdone.
The biggest difference, though, was the hospitality.
Derya, at guest relations/front desk, was incredible. She was genuinely warm, helpful, family-oriented and welcoming. Not in a rehearsed hotel way, but in a real, human way. She made us feel looked after throughout our stay and was a huge part of why Tekkaya stood out so much for us.
The location in Göreme is also excellent. The town itself surprised us in the best possible way. We expected Cappadocia to be mostly about the balloons, but Göreme is far more than that. It has a wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, reasonable prices, easy walking, beautiful views and a relaxed energy that made us wish we had even more time there.
Tekkaya was the perfect base for all of it: close enough to walk into town, easy for restaurants and activities, and still peaceful enough to feel like a retreat.
Our balloon experience was incredible, the scenery was unforgettable, but what made the stay special was the feeling of being genuinely hosted. Tekkaya gets the basics right and then adds real warmth on top.
For families visiting Cappadocia, I cannot recommend Tekkaya Cave Hotel highly enough. It was practical, beautiful, welcoming and memorable — exactly what you hope for from a hotel in a place as special as Göreme.

Ahmed, I think his name was, suggested a tour plan which turned out to be excellent. Omur was a great guide. Fully enjoyed his in-depth knowledge of Cappadocia.

La ubicació cèntrica. L'amabilitat del personal i les recomanacions de llocs on dinar (a Dalchini Restaurant vam fer el millor dinar del viatge). L'esmorzar buffete tipus turc, inclou una mica de fruita fresca i pastisseria dolça casolana.
L'habitació tipus cova i bon tamany.
Els serveis externs eren una mica cars en comparació amb els que s'oferien pels voltants o per internet, tours i excursions. La bugaderia molt cara.
