Pros:

Les chambres sont belles, la vue est belle surtout la nuit, les équipements sont tres bien, la salle de sport et le spa. La réaction rapide du personnel aux demandes.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est limité est redondant, pas toujours très bon. L'emplacement est très bruyant et l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas évident.

Pros:

The lobby and facilities such as spa, sauna and pools were nice and clean, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The room was a decent size, and everything we needed was provided.

Cons:

The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with not many options. For the price you pay and for the 5 star hotel you would expect a much better breakfast. The location is also not great, with heavy traffic around the hotel every afternoon.

Truly Exceptional
Pros:

Location, staff friendly & helpful: Ali was the perfect concierge, very knowledgable and booked the things I needed, and the housekeeping was stellar: Fatima was very attentive to my requests. The size of the suite, with 3 bathrooms was a dream for 2 people who appreciate privacy. We loved the views from the 20th floor, room service was prompt, breakfast options, dining at Aila, all the amenities were lovely. Oh, and the car service we used many times we found useful and reasonable. But to me the most important thing is truly a comfortable nights sleep and the beds were WONDERFUL.
