Pros:

الغرفة نظيفة وذكية بحيث يمكن التحكم بجميع ما تحتاج من اضاءة وتحريك الستائر بلمسه واحدة.
البوفيه الصباحي جميل جداً وتعامل الموظفين راقي.

Cons:

حجزي كان على غرفة سكاي لايت، ولاكن عند إسلام الغرفة تفاجأت بغرفة في الدور 23 بدلاً من الأدوار الأخيرة 32-34. وعند إصراري بتغيير الغرفة أفادوني ان لا يمكن تغيير الغرفة إلى في اليوم الثاني من الحجز لانشغال الغرفة.

عند تغيير الغرفة في اليوم الثاني لم أتمكن من استلام مفاتيح الغرفة لخلل في النظام حيث كل ما احتجت اطلع الغرفة يطلع معاي موظف يفتح الباب.

بخصوص بوفية الإفطار ريحة الطبخ يمكن شمها من طولات الاكل مما يأثر برائحة الملابس.

Es herrscht, trotz der Größe und Weitläufigkeit des Hotels, eine familiäre, heimische Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, egal an wen man sich wendet. Die Lage ist top, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Bosporus .
Wir hatten eine super große Suite mit Zugang zur Longe...sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und mega ausgestattet. Der Frühstücksraum war beeindruckend, das Frühstück selber total lecker.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.... nochmals vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Персонал отеля Мехмет и его коллеги., номер с отличным видом на 31 этаже. расположение отеля хорошее. Ресторан Aila очень вкусно.

Cons:

Завтраки не вкусные, выбор скудный за такую цену. Интернет очень медленный. Телевизор все время перезагружался. Цена на алкоголь очень высокая. Сильный ветер около бассейна, вода холодная.

Stay at the Fairmont
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. It’s conveniently located just 30-35 minutes from Istanbul’s new airport. Check-in was smooth, and Ahmet at the reception was incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with very comfortable beds. The housekeeping team was excellent, taking great care of all our needs with a smile - special thanks to Muhittin. We’ll definitely be returning to the Fairmont.

Value for the money but the NET sucks
Pros:

Isolated from activities but nearby to almost every where...Internet speed sucks and most probably because of the Firewall configuration, and if you are on business, you cannot do any work.
