Perfect vacation
Pros:

Everything was perfect and the personal from the breakfast (especially Bucu and Hazan) were very helpfull.I totaly recomand the hotel.

Les produits cosmétiques (mouchoirs , coton tige …) ou café ou thé ne sont pas remis en place systématiquement après le ménage , il faut demander à la réception

I have written a lot of reviews but I must say this hotel is exceptional fromThe start to the end .. Murat at the front was very professional and must be a big asset to the hotel. The morning breakfast staff exceptional even though there was so much Kaos they handled it so well. Shout out to Hakkan and the girls. The tall and short Hollywood lookng Vallet boys so good. Lastly the you boy in Club lounge 10/10

“Amazing Hospitality from Start to Finish

Wonderful Stay & Special Thanks to Murat Bulut

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

We especially want to thank Murat Bulut, one of the doormen. When we checked out and were waiting outside with our luggage for a taxi, Murat went out of his way to help us. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and we had a great conversation while waiting. We even talked about our families, and he showed us a picture of his family. That personal kindness really made us feel welcomed.

He also helped us with the taxi and gave us helpful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. It’s people like Murat who make a hotel stay feel special.

Thank you so much, Murat, for your kindness and hospitality. You truly made our evening better! We will definitely come back to Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, not only because it is a great hotel, but because of the wonderful people who work there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
