Great hotel with peerless service
Pros:

What a great experience! The hotel is excellent and the service faultless. Beautiful large room with a view of the city. The bathroom was generous and well equipped with everything you’d expect from a hotel at this level. The best thing was the kind and welcoming service with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. Tanju and Harkan at the breakfast service were especially good. The area is business focused rather than in the thick of tourist areas. We preferred this opportunity to retreat at the end of days exploring this historically rich city.

Pros:

The hotel and the facilities were beautiful and the staff very friendly and couldn't do enough. They were attentive and any requests we made were carried out straight away.

Cons:

There were a few things that were an issue. Breakfast for a 5 star hotel was ok. You had to check hot options by scanning the QR code which was fine but then trying to get the attention of the server was difficult. There were plenty of staff but just felt disorganised. We watched this for 3 days and some people even walked out. We complained to the front desk and it did improve after that.
The other complaint I have is the WiFi was very sketchy sometimes it worked perfectly but other times it wouldn't connect.
And the last complaint and this has nothing to do with the hotel but be careful of taxis. They try and con you whenever they get an opportunity. I asked them to run their meters and a lot of them refused. They wanted a set fee. For one of the 20min ride a driver tried to charge me 5000lira almost £80!! Please check their credit card machine before tapping.

An outstanding stay at the Fairmont Istanbul!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, modern, and perfectly maintained. From the moment we arrived, the personnel were extremely nice, professional, and always at our disposal with genuine kindness and attention to every detail.
Our room was spectacular: spacious, luxurious, very comfortable, with superb decoration and breathtaking views. Every aspect of the stay reflected high standards and true hospitality.
The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, the atmosphere refined yet warm, and the overall experience was truly memorable. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Ein echtes 5 Sterne Haus
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Es entsprach in jeder Hinsicht einem 5 Sterne Haus. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Lounge Zugang gebucht, was sehr schön war. Es gab hier zwar nur eine kleine Auswahl an Snacks , aber vor allem die Desserts waren sehr lecker. Abends gab es eine Happy Hour mit kostenlosen Drinks, der Weißwein war sehr gut. Der spa Bereich, das Fitness Studio und die Zimmer waren hervorragend. Einzige das schlechte wlan hat uns enttäuscht.

Cons:

Das wlan war nicht gut.

A szálloda minden szempontból felülmúlta az elvárásainkat. A személyzet rendkívül profi, kedves és figyelmes volt a teljes tartózkodás alatt. A szoba tágas, csendes és kifogástalanul tiszta volt, az ágy pedig kiemelkedően kényelmes. A reggeli választéka és minősége is prémium szintű volt, a medence és a wellness részleg pedig különösen kellemes élményt nyújtott. A hotel modern, elegáns és tökéletes választás Isztambulban.

Cons:

Őszintén szólva nehéz negatívumot említeni. Talán csak annyi, hogy a város forgalma miatt bizonyos időszakokban hosszabb lehet a közlekedés, de ez természetesen nem a szálloda hibája. Maga a hotel és a szolgáltatások gyakorlatilag kifogástalanok voltak.

Great stay
Pros:

Great experience for family accommodation. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. We had a great time and this was not our first time . Hotel offer variety of amenities including spa and salon. The breakfast had variety of delicious choices and especial thanks to Burcu and Romasan. Also we had a delightful time at the gold lounge with offer of great meals selection and beverages and especial thanks to Mr.Seven.

Memorable experience
Pros:

We stayed from April 19th to April 23rd.
The breakfast experience was one of the highlights of our visit, even though the entire stay was very enjoyable. We also appreciated and enjoyed the spa services. We would highly recommend stopping by—even if only for breakfast. 😉
We would especially like to recognize Tunja from the Restaurant, whose level of service consistently exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail, warmth, friendly, and dedication made us feel incredibly special and pampered throughout our stay. It is rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it left a lasting impression on us. We strongly believe his efforts deserve formal recognition.
Our experience was so enjoyable that we genuinely did not want to leave. Without hesitation, we will return on future visits to Istanbul, and we are already recommending your hotel to our family and friends.
