I would like to sincerely thank Muhitdin for his excellent service during my stay. He took care of my room every day with great attention to detail, always keeping everything clean and comfortable.
He is very polite, kind, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. Whenever I needed anything, he was always ready to help and bring whatever was required without hesitation.

The Fairmont hotel is by far one of the best hotels I went to. The hotel overal is very clean, tidy and also very luxurious.
The hole staff is very friendly and helpful. From the doorman to the front desk to the cleaner who made sure our room is tidy everyday.
I want to especially thank Ramazan bey for the great breakfast service and afcourse not to forget, the delicious egg Benedict every morning 🙃

Fantastic , and great service
We recently completed our third stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul in recent years and cannot recommend it enough. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and luxurious, with very comfortable rooms and a fantastic gym + pool. But, what really stands out is the warm and hospitable service. We received particularly excellent service from Tanju, Onur, Ramazan, and Emre at breakfast in Stations (which has amazing food and is not to be missed); Irem and Seven in the Gold Lounge; Efe at reception; Hatice in housekeeping; and Ali Oguz at concierge. It is always a pleasure to stay here and we look forward to returning again soon.
Kudos to the staff at the Fairmont Quarsar for providing outstanding customer service. We arrived close to 11 pm and discovered there was an error with the reservation (our mistake ). They politely explained the issue and found an available room. The team noticed how tired we were and it was kind of them to offer us a welcome drink. Special thanks to Ilaydo B in Conciege and Dogukan G in front desk for their warm smiles and wonderful hospitality.
We also had incredible service at breakfast. Onor, our waiter, introduced us to Turkish tea, coffee, sesame bagel, menemen, sijcuk and desserts. Thank you for the amazing service and local cuisine experience.
