The room was spacious, with a big and comfy bed, and a good shower. Breakfast could be really good if more organised.
Even if a bank transfer was done with a receipt from the hotel, I received an intimation to pay otherwise the room was not confirmed. When I replied asking for a further confirmation of receipt of the bank transfer, reply wasn't given.
Everyday key room has to be validated as well as the wifi code (new one everyday).
We had to ask for towels as they were not in the room as well as soap. Only towels for shower are provided. We had to ask to toilet roll and despite calling twice we had to go to reception to solicit and get. Often at breakfast food is finished and tables have to be clean. The organisation could be improved.
Value for money stay. Hotel staff behaviour is good. Room size is pretty good as well.
Bedsheet / Pillow cover was not changed for my single occupancy room. Previous guests used bedsheet / pillow was there. Which they quickly replaced when I complained at late night. Appreciate the night shift staff for this. Quality (specially chicken) & taste of food at restaurant was not good . Slow service in refilling the dinner and breakfast buffet at Zing restaurant. Complete buffet menu is not present.

Location was good.
Hotel rooms are little rundown now, refurbishment is required. Restaurant food was average.
AC was not effective, starting trouble....Room service was bit late..after two reminders we get what we asked for....
