Rooms was good the Room Door need to be fixed as its was hitting hard needs adjustment, Breakfast spread was less unlike last time , feedback from all our family .

Thanks to Mary reception staff she is very kind & helpfull the daily breakfast amazing quality food and menu full of healthy option , the restaurant staff energetic and their smile make our day , thanks for the room service for taking care of us , rove deserve 5*****.

It’s a very clean property all around.
Great desk staff and right across from the American Hospital, which is why I have been staying at this Rove. The price is also good.
The pool is too warm and a little dirty. Other hotels I've stayed at in the Emirates have cooled pools.
Also, there are times where I want to take my breakfast to my room to eat after my tests at the hospital but I've been told I'm not allowed to take my breakfast to go, so I will no longer get the breakfast option and am considering staying at Movenpick down the road for my future medical visits.
I have been woken up by noisy staff in the hallways. Sometimes I am sick from the medical therapy I receive and need to sleep in a little bit in the morning but can't because repair workers or cleaners are being noisy.
