Perfect property to stay in if you like to be near the old town area of Corralejo yet enjoy a quiet peaceful atmosphere at this residence. Fully equipped apartment and very clean property all round. Excellent staff and customer service. We spent our days walking the amazing beaches, hiking mountain volcano trails, cycling and off road motor cycling and we had a ball. Great grocery stores on our doorstep and endless choices of restaurants/cafes. Top notch value for money. We’ll be back!
Giulia greeted us at Reception and was more than helpful after we had travelled from the very bottom of the island. It is like stepping into a luxury oasis as soon as we entered. The ground floor room in block 2 was amazing and looking over the pool.
We ate at the roof to bar for evening meal, fantastic artist playing mellow tunes. Food and drinks were great with a 10% discount as residents.
The continental breakfast was excellent in the morning too with the added bonus of watching surfers enjoying the morning. Can't recommend this place enough, thank you
Good location, apartment had all we needed. No sun on balcony but this place is more of an airbnb than a hotel. Nice and quiet, small pool , smll sunbathing area. Overall, nothing here for children but quiet and relaxing
The location is perfect. Close to all the bars and restaurants! Close to the beach also. The apartment was ideal size. Great to have fridge to keep everything cool!
These apartments are excellent. They are very well equipped and very clean and comfortable.
Fantastic large fridge freezer for self catering.
Even an iron and ironing board!.
Bed very comfortable.
We had a problem with our shower on arrival which was sorted within a few hrs.
Excellent service and communication.
Well stocked supermarkets are just a few minutes walk away for self catering.
Alternatively there are many bars and restaurants around the harbour which is a lovely 10- 15 min stroll away.
Also quite a lot of shops in the same area.
A lovely couple of small beaches also round the corner from the harbour. No sun beds, so everyone just used their towels. Not too crowded. Excellent for swimming
The pool in the apartment complex is small, but very clean and well maintained.
We were in the block below the sun roof terrace bar, which is a lovely venue. There are comments about the noise, but honestly, it's just a bit of music, ( not even every day), which is over at midnight, so we didn't find it an issue at all.
I would definitely recommend these apartments and will definitely go back.
Lovely clean, well equipped apartments with friendly staff. Close to town town and all local facilities plus has a great rooftop bar and gym.
Just spent a week at these apartments. Very well located, only 5 mins from centre (when you find the right way to go 🤣). Staff are all lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop bar was anazing. We were staying in the block below and didn't hear any noise from there. I've given 4 stars only because in my opinion the rooms, our room anyway, was in dire need of a refurb otherwise I'd have happily given 5 stars
It was our 3rd visit to Corralejo but our first visit to this hotel and we were very happy with it. We normally go all inclusive but as we know Corralejo quite well now, we decided to go room only. The room was very nice with limited cooking facilities and was plenty big enough for the two of us. We were slightly concerned that we directly below the Sunset Bar but we never heard any noise in the room from it and it was nice to be able to go upstairs for a "sun downer" in one of the very few west facing bars in the resort.
All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly including the chap that was cleaning to pool one night when the lock didn't work on our door.
My only real criticism of the hotel is that the pool doesn't open until 11.00am, I appreciate it is a relatively small pool and is somewhat shaded in the morning but I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where to pool opens after 9.00am.
It was our third time at Bristol Sunset Beach, and once again everything was perfect! The rooms were clean when we arrived, the location is great, and all the staff were very helpful. A special thank you to Julia for recommending the steaks and paella, and for her amazing customer service — she was so helpful! We fully recommend this place and will definitely be back for our fourth stay! - Rafal
Great stay at Bristol Sunset Beach. Only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Corralejo. Would definitely recommend.
WiFi inconsistent with an awful login portal. Pool nice but consistently busy with the number of apartments. Good location.
The positives, Clean, modern, secure and nice staff when they are on site. The Negatives not sold accurately by Jet 2. This is not a normal holiday apartment with a pool as advertised, limited pool beds only 20 for about 120 people and availability of pool not opening at 11:00am. You are living in a residential apartment, might as well use Airbnb. Bar vibe limited, we might be slightly out of season but nothing happening. 25 euros for a safe in your room.
Arrived late in the day greeted by a lovely girl at reception - didn’t get her name but she was very friendly and helpful throughout
Had an issue with the door code but it was soon sorted
Apartment ideal for a couple I think it would be a squeeze for any more people
Lovely clean and modern with a nice patio area
Bathroom nice and shower was lovely
Kitchen well equipped
TV in both living area and bedroom but no English channels had Netflix but internet wasn’t the best although free
Main issue with the apartments was the lack of air conditioning
There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a free standing one in the living area so was just about ok for this time of year but would be in unbearable in the high of summer so wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone
Small pool for the amount of apartments and not open until 11 which was not the best not many beds and they soon went but we got one every day again I think that would be something of an issue in the height of the season
The complex was lovely and clean and the staff worked hard
Ideal location couple of large supermarkets for your supplies only a few mins away less than 10 mins walk to music square if you cut through the back streets not far at all
Roof top bar was nice to have a drink of an evening they do breakfast but we didn’t try it
We had a lovely relaxing week there but probably wouldn’t stay there again for the reasons stated
Myself and my friend came to stay for a week Saturday - Saturday on a holiday package with Jet2. We had a lovely week and enjoyed the weather and what the local town had to offer. The location of the apartments is great, with close proximity to supermarkets, beaches, and all the restaurants and bars at the marina. The staff are very lovely too and it was easy to contact them via WhatsApp when you needed something as reception was closed from 3pm in the afternoon pretty much. Rooms were clean and spacious. I suppose there’s just a few things that was frustrating staying here. Mainly is the pool area. There’s so many guests staying here, in addition to residents in the apartments (I’ll come onto that later.) The guests are inclusive of couples, families with young children and groups of young people like us. The pool area does not accommodate that. Especially as it opened at 11am! I have never been on holiday any where you couldn’t access the pool area until 11am, and all the guests are stood outside waiting to be let in like it’s the school gates. There’s additionally about 20 sunbeds in this area. Very much, not enough. The most annoying part I felt was I’m pretty sure majority of the ground floor apartments are for residents, and there was one apartment adjacent to the pool with a very annoying man in. He would blast his music, completely oblivious to the fact he is next to the pool area. He was always doing chores outside? Or would have conversations outside on the phone. I think if you lived open to a pool area for the holdiaymakers, you would be as mindful as possible but also maybe a little less loud and obnoxious as the embarrassment would be too much. Apparently not though. My final snag was, I don’t really mind they only come to clean and refresh the room once in that week, however, the bin was a tiny one under the sink and was overflowing for us constantly, attracting flies. We would have took the bin out ourself if we had extra bin bags! I think especially if you are preparing food everyday, this is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I think it’s not really great for families as the pool is small and there’s not enough sunbeds. I think if you come in pairs you’re fine but if you want to sunbathe any earlier than 11am and don’t want to queue outside the gates, maybe not for you. I would reccomend Corralejo as a destination, but maybe not this apartment complex as a place to stay. It’s a great hub but maybe if you want to stay somewhere you will spend all day everyday, somewhere else might be more appropriate.
Nice hotel & location.
For the price we paid I really can't complain about this place. It's got an ok pool, you've to take the rubbish out yourself, also towels.. you get 2 per week which I've never experienced before. You've also to take out your own rubbish, which while isn't a big deal just seems weird on holiday. There's a hiperdino and a spar not even 5 minutes away which is handy to stock the fridge up! The rooftop bar has a lovely view also. Staff at reception were always helpful. Also would not recommend if you can't deal with no air con as it's definitely colder outside than inside in August!
First time staying at this hotel in Corralejo and I would 100% go back. Clean, modern well-equipped apartments, central, everything you want. Never struggled to get a sun lounger around the pool. Lovely food and cocktails in the roof bar. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants. As a travel agent I highly recommend this hotel.
First time staying at this hotel and in Corralejo and we were not disappointed 😊
The reception staff were very helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much. The place was spotlessly clean and the room was very spacious for 2 people. Great fridge freezer and all other appliances you need in a self catering accommodation. At first glance you think the pool is too small but tbh it wasn't that bad and we never had to struggle for a sunbed. The rooftop bar was really chilled and as a bonus we got a card with 10% off for the whole of our stay. Only time we couldn't use 10% was at breakfast. Bar staff were lovely and very friendly. On last day we were able to get a shower on rooftop gym area. On the whole we would definitely stay here again. 😍
I liked these apartments, they reminded me of an upmarket hostel but in the most positive way. Nice clean apartments close to the centre of Correlejo. Pool area is quiet, could be doing with some low music for a bit of atmosphere. Close to the port as well which was great as we came over for 2 nights from Playa Blanca. There was a supermarket around the corner as well if you needed anything. Got a full sized fridge & freezer in the room. The only issue I had was the walls are paper thin. You can hear people in the room next door very clearly. Even heard the guy snoring so take earplugs but the rest of the hotel was quiet. Roof top looks nice. I had a wander up there just to see it, it wasn’t open the days I was there which is a shame, looked nice and looked like it would have a good vibe.
i have given 4 out of 5 stars for this hotel. the reason is because the price of this hotel was extremely reasonable, and for the very low price we paid, it was definitely worth it. i paid £350pp self catering for a 6 nights stay at this hotel. when looking at returning to this hotel, the prices are a lot more expensive, and i would not return to this hotel for any more than £500pp for 6 nights.
In terms of the hotels grounds, i didn’t have a thorough look around, i stayed in block 1 so i only saw the grounds between the front entrance of the hotel and block 1. however from what i did see, it looked very well maintained and good looking.
our one bedroom apartment style room came with an open kitchen/ living room, with a dining table with 4 chairs, a bathroom, containing a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. the shower was awful, and the shower would only be freezing cold or boiling hot. the shower door was broken, and was only connected to the top runner. the bathroom was really the only thing that gave away that this hotel is three stars, however, for the price that was paid i cannot complain. the bedroom was nice and spacious, and the whole apartment had a nice modern feel to it. on closer inspection, you could notice the ‘flaws’ of this hotel, like the wallpaper peeling off, and the mould in the grout of the tiles in the bathroom.
the location of this hotel was good, you would have to walk through a not so nice area to get to the main corralejo town. we would often get a taxi, which was around €3/4 each time, so reasonable enough.
we didn’t use the pool area at all, as there wasn’t many sun beds and was a very quiet area, which would suit some people but for us we prefer more lively atmospheres
Overall, would i return, yes if the price was as good as what i paid the first time
