Pros:

The bedding was very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. The art on the first level was neat!

Cons:

The only option for parking was valet and the gym selection was limited.

Feels like home in the heart of downtown, close to attractions, luxurious and easy breezy.
Pros:

The property was amazing, gives a luxury feel, and in the heart of downtown Knoxville.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful. Room service forgot a couple things like a fork but a quick call to the front desk and they had it taken care of and brought up in a matter of minutes.

Great choice for a romantic getaway!
Pros:

We wanted something luxurious to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and The Tennessean did not disappoint! We liked the gorgeous rooms, and the bathroom felt like a spa. The car/golf cart service included in the stay was a huge plus, so we didn't have to pay for Uber or transportation for the ride to and from our dinner choice.

The location and the accommodations were good.

Cons:

Valet parking only. I was told that the fee would be $30.00, but I was charged $40.00 upon checkout. Disappointing to say the least.
