Wonderful and made for a great weekend girls trip.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, well located, we used valet parking and it was quick. All of the staff were very friendly. We used the complimentary pick up and drop off to our concert and that was a wonderful perk. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows and the curtains made the room dark. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

If I have to choose something, I’d say I wish the bathroom had two sinks, but that didn’t impact my experience.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with beautiful spacious room and view overlooking the park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice lounge amd bar area with tasty food options. Hotel parking is available for a daily charge.

Cons:

Valet parking is $42 per day, which seems quite pricey.

A hotel that made a weekend of moving my son back on campus much easier and I felt pampered staying here.
Pros:

Conveniently located to UT campus. Love the layout of the hotel and the fact that there is such a nice coffee shop and two restaurants with a bar on the premises. The UT Photo Booth is a great bonus! Live music in the lobby was wonderful!

Cons:

I wish I could stay much longer. There’s nothing I disliked

Location was fine. Staff was polite.

Cons:

I visited in the summer. One of the reasons I selected The Tennessean was because I planned to have room service after a full day of driving. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered the restaurant was closed. I prefer the grand old hotels, but when the amenities are not available, they aren’t so grand
