Pros:

The location and the accommodations were good.

Cons:

Valet parking only. I was told that the fee would be $30.00, but I was charged $40.00 upon checkout. Disappointing to say the least.

Pros:

The room with a view deal...everything was amazing. Luxurious large shower and robes/slippers for the pampering; stationary and pen. Upscale yet friendly vibe. I also did not hear a single door slam, or anything really so the units are soundproofed thoroughly. Floors 1-5 are the public hotel spaces and 6 and 7 are private residences. A legit Barrista in the coffee/pastry/sandwich shop by the lobby and an unobstructed close up wiee of the sunsphere.

Cons:

The final nightly rate was over $100 more than the price I ended up paying plus forced valet

wonderful experience over all (but it may haunt me if I neglected to use a complimentory breakfast)!
Pros:

The people, EVERY ONE, was pleasant, welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Coudln't have asked for better.

Cons:

we mentioned to the desk, an edge wand for the vacuum for occasional use would be nice. The only cleaning detail to mention. Except for a long dark hair in our sheets that must've been from the person who made the bed. I am VERY detail oriented and used to clean professionally.
If there was a complimentary breakfast, I completely forgot it. I was only 16 days out of extensive spine surgery that wan't planned before I bought tickets to the concert nearby. It would've been nice to havde been reminded on check in that we did (IF we did) haved breakfast and what the hours are...and possibly a card with the menu along with our room keys. It was a VERY special occasion for us, but we are "aging" and I am taking meds that may effect my memory, and my husband usually depends on me to take care of travel details.?

Pros:

Very nice hotel. From the minute we drove on to the property & were greeted by a very friendly valet to the helpful young lady at the front desk that checked us in, our stay was great. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed (except for a men’s size robe, that I was really looking forward to using). This was our first visit to Knoxville & I’m positive that I selected the best hotel.
