The room size, cleanliness, and general service were satisfactory, and we appreciated that aspect of our stay. However, we were very disappointed with the shuttle service. We chose this hotel specifically because of the complimentary shuttle, but although our reservation was clearly for four people, we were required to use two cars and asked to pay for an additional vehicle. We only had the usual amount of luggage for travelers. At the time, we were told that the shuttle policy limits passengers to three, yet later we could not find any such clause in the stated policy. This left us feeling misled and unfairly treated.

This was our fourth stay here and we were still impressed with how quiet the area is. On-site, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, a great buffet breakfast daily and spacious rooms are some of the highlights. Will be very likely to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi.

Great place for our family of four to stay for two nights when we first arrived. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front office staff were friendly and helpful particularly, Eve, who was instrumental in synchronising my reservations as I had two different reservations but needed to stay for consecutive nights.

Great hotel, free airport pick up which was a bonus. Apartment nice, clean and spacious and free breakfast plentiful. Not too far from town and easy to order bolts to get around. Would stay again!

Rooms are spacious and beds/couch were comfortable. It was so nice having essentially a mini apartment with a balcony for our last couple days in Nairobi. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food (and drinks from the bar) were good and reasonably priced. If your looking for home base to explore Nairobi and the surrounding area, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

En-suite lock was not working, also the shower cubicle water was not draining quickly. It looked that the gulley level was slightly higher than the rest of the floor!

Nice property with friendly staff and good security. Big apartment with full kitchen including washer. Good bed, shower and fans to stay cool. Quiet area but with a small mall 5!mins walk away to get groceries and to eat. Food in the hotel rooftop restaurant was good value and tasty.

The food was exceptional, the service was stellar, and the accommodations exceeded expectations. The neighbourhood is safe, walkable, and conveniently located. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. I can't say enough good things about my stay.

Our family stayed recently in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks.

Overall a great stay, room was spacious and well maintained with two separate bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, a living room/dining room and kitchen as well as separate utility room and guest toilet. Utility room had a washer dryer and ironing/ironing board which was very handy for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped including oven, hob and fridge freezer.

House keeping was great, always cleaning the room well and also delivering several large bottles of still water everyday.

Location on Riverside Drive was quiet and away from some of the Nairobi hustle and bustle. Two separate gate entrances one at the front of the hotel which seemed to be for dropping and picking up, though also several cars where parked there especially at the beginning of our stay, the second gate leads to the basement where there was plenty of parking.

Staff generally very friendly, though some of the gate security staff especially those at night (possibly employed by another security company) we found a bit abrupt and could perhaps do with some customer service training (it must be noted, some were great though).

We ate several times at the roof top restaurant and room service (tray charge a very reasonable 500 KES). Food was always great quality and reasonably priced.

Free WiFi, easy to connect and sufficient for sending emails/web browsing.

We felt the hotel offered value for money and we would happily return when next in Nairobi.

Very spacious rooms great for small or large families. Love that they provide a washer and dryer in each apartment. The food is great. Also great price on Expedia or booking .com and will include breakfast. The staff are all so hospitable :)

Very pleasant stay at the Executive Residency by Best Western at Riverside Drive, Nairobi. Spacious rooms, professional staff, great service, and conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. The great hospitality offered by the staff really made our stay here, so once again thank you to Eve, Faith, George, Sam and all the others! :)

We spent about two weeks in August, 2024 at this neat, beautiful and affordable apartment hotel in an upscale area of Nairobi while on our family summer vacation. Our whole experience there was simply amazing: nice, courteous & professional staff, clean spaces, excellent meals, etc. The front desk lady, Eve who incidentally handled our check-in & check-out processes was very friendly, polite and handled the everything excellently. In the restaurant, the lady, Abi was super nice & friendly, ensuring we were always satisfied and my kids, wife & I all appreciated her services. On the whole, we had an amazing & memorable time at Executive Residency, Nairobi and look forward to going back there.
