Pros:

4月に熊本のANAに泊まったけどスタッフも最悪で
部屋もイマイチで価格も高く全てにおいて最悪でした。
看板にあぐらをかいたようなホテルには泊まりたくなく、今回はリッチモンドさんにして良かったと思います。

Cons:

ホテルの内の施設も清潔でスタッフの笑顔も良く
良くない点は見つかりませんでした。
又ホテルを利用する事があれば泊まりたいと思います。
