Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

The hotel is in the shopping walking street so it is convenient to look around the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and the space is okay. The staffs are friendly. There is no parking lot but has a co-parking lot with discount near the hotel (less than 5 min walk). The amenities are at the 1st floor to pick up to use in the room - like the other Richmonds. This is another hotel chain that I would like to stay in the future.

Cons:

If you could improve the pillow to be softer would be good.

Nice and central hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

I liked that the rooms were relatively spacious compared to other parts in Japan and that the stuff was very friendly and welcoming. I also really liked the location in the middle of the arcades with many convenience stores and other stores close by.
