ご縁があればまた宿泊したいです
Pros:

雨の日でしたが、アーケード内にありコンビニ等も近くにあったので傘要らずで必要なものを揃えることができました。熊本城も徒歩ですぐでしたし、食事も近くで美味しいものを堪能することができました。

Cons:

アーケード内ということで景色を楽しむことはできませんでしたが、コスパを考えたら我慢できると思います。
