Pros:

Has indicated during booking on late arrival,given 3rd floor and no lift ,a room with aircon faulty and water leaking from the aircon with puddle of water that caused the floor was wet. This hazardous and potential fall.Portable aircon was noisy and requested to change,but to no avail.
Next day,brought my bag down to the receptionist and demand to change room. Left for breakfast.
After breakfast, given 2nd floor with non faulty aircon.
Not value for money.
