The room is so smelly and full of insects and ants I end up spending the whole night awake on the coach in the reception

The stay was alright just abit too noisy when other visitors are slamming the doors early in the morning. Overall was fine.

Pls improve ur facility mgt. i want to use iron, and keep waiting for almost 1hour++, then the response is all iron have been stolen by client. Come on. Do record your facility usage by client. And show ur effort to solve client’s problem. How can u keep silent for them to stole ur asset everyday. Doesn’t make sense.

Convenient as many restaurants

Cosy quiet nice and good facilities if there is a safe box to put things and stuff and toothbrush would be great

Window can't close.
Toilet door can't open ...

During my stayed in this hotel, the water dispenser was spoiled for few days, no action taken from hotel. The window hander was broken and unable to close the window, very noisy came from downstairs. I can hear people talking and motor bike sounds at midnight 2, 3 am.

Quite nice with many food around the hotel.and easy access to uber n grab. No need to worry about transportation of going up to genting

Room is comfort but the extra mattress is too hard to sleep. Hot water hander is not functioning, should repair before guest stay in.

overall not really good because the bed sheet and blanket cover seemed old and not clean.

Just nice hotel. Near to multiple choice restoran. Close to theme park location. Easy to get taxi or bus and shopping premium outlet. Thank you expedia.

5.30 pm also not ready for check in, staff attitude is bad

please check your trip before coming. I did't know about development a theme park so it was boring a bit.

THe room is small for RM160/night. But lot of parking lot. Staff is nice but cannot checking in early (3pm ckeck-in time is quite late. 2PM is standard time for checking-in. Facilities is quite ok. No lift provided. Just stairs. Should provide at least 3in1 sachet coffee/tea or more choice for breakfast for this price. 99% of shoplots here is chinese restaurant. Quite hard to find muslim food.

Bilik bersih. Katil besar & selesa utk family room. Tapi org sembang di luar boleh dengar pada waktu tengah malam. bising juga. Pls improve.

Simple decent hotel, walls thin,could hear children running around,no phones to call reception. Beds were comfy, had hot water. Many restaurants nearby. Raub fish curry restaurant a must try.
