Important information:

Starting October 1, 2022, guests staying at the hotel will be charged additional charge when using the hotel's parking facility. The cost will be KRW 15,000 per vehicle per night on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is additional charge for breakfast for children above 37 months. Guest need to pay additionally for their children above 37 months during stay at the hotel.

Guests under the age of 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Staff, spa and the location were excellent !!
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

We found the room was a bit stuffy and could not control the temperature of our room. The sleepwear made our skins itchy.

日本語OKスタッフが親切
Pros:

日本語が話せるスタッフがいる事。早朝のタクシーを予約した際に、ホテルで頼む料金もきちんと教えてくれて、時刻なども紙に書いて渡してくれた。スタッフさんが親切。設備も日本のドーミインと変わらない、良いです。

Cons:

お風呂のお客のマナーが良くない。海外だし、ホテルのせいでは無いが、多数が快適に施設を利用できるように、わかりやすいマナーの提示があればよいなーと、思いました。

Cons:

时隔一年半再入住，发现设施老旧的速度有点快。
细节上比起日本的多美迎还是稍微差一些。
钟路区新开了一家多美迎express，设施要新很多，以后可能就转战那边了。

Pros:

We had a perfect 2-night stay here. The location is quite nice, metro and airport bus stations are a just few minutes away. There is also a 7-11 and a pharmacy store right next to the hotel, the latter is a great bonus 😁.

The room we got was spotless, and it had enough space for 2 people and an amazing view. I liked the fact that air conditioning is installed vertically, so the cold air doesn't blow onto you.

The breakfast was a mix of Korean and American buffet style, though there wasn't a huge variety. However they serve good ramen at night, and you can get free ice cream after the sauna too. Speaking of which, the onsen was very relaxing.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the soap dispenser, and the cleaning staff replaced it right away. There are also vending machines on some floors and free ice!

Highly recommend if you need a short stay in Gangnam. It's a 3 star hotel, but the experience felt better than some 4 or 5 star hotels I've visited.
