Important information:

Starting October 1, 2022, guests staying at the hotel will be charged additional charge when using the hotel's parking facility. The cost will be KRW 15,000 per vehicle per night on a first-come, first-served basis.
* For reservations that don't include parking, parking will not be allowed.

There is additional charge for breakfast for children above 37 months. Guest need to pay additionally for their children above 37 months during stay at the hotel.

Guests under the age of 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, cotton swab, and comb.


The children's policy applicable as of April 1, 2025 is as follows.

Great location, spotless rooms, amazing onsen, and exceptional service — I would happily stay here again…
Pros:

Excellent location in Gangnam with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was surprisingly spacious for Seoul standards and spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially loved the comfortable bathroom and shower facilities, as well as the Japanese-style onsen and hot bath, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary amenities were also generous and thoughtfully provided….

Siisti hotelli kiireettömällä tunnelmalla ja mukavilla palveluilla erinomaisessa sijainnissa!
Pros:

Huone oli siisti ja sen siivous erinomaista. Korkeamman kerroksen huone oli hyvin hiljainen. Kylpylä oli ihana ja ramen-illallinen sen yhteydessä muodostui jokapäiväiseksi rutiiniksi viikon ajalla. Aamiainen oli aasialainen, hyvin runsaasti erilaisia ruokia kauniisti esillä. Länsimaisia aamiaisvaihtoehtoja oli käytännössä munakas, hedelmät, vaalea leipä/croissant ja makea maustamaton jogurtti murojen kera.
Hotelli sijaitsi melko rauhallisessa paikassa, mutta kätevästi lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metrosta ja vilkkaasta Gangnamin ostoskadusta. Henkilökunta oli erittäin kohteliasta ja avuliasta. Olisin voinut viipyä pidempäänkin!

Aamiainen oli erilainen kuin odotin, mutta se ei välttämättä ole negatiivinen asia.

また、今回カップルで宿泊させてもらいましたが大浴場のおかげでお互いゆっくりお風呂時間を満喫できたのがとても良かったです。毎日ベットメイク等していただけて助かりました

Cons:

朝カーテンを明け夜は閉めるようにしていたのですがカーテンが埃っぽく動かすと埃が舞い、2人とも軽くアレルギー症状が出ていたので細かいところの清掃がされてると尚良いと思います。

快適な旅
Pros:

江南に徒歩で行けますし、空港リムジンバス停留所もすぐ近くなので立地は良いです。スタッフの方は日本語を話せる方が多く、安心して過ごせました。

Cons:

シンノヒョン駅に行くにもオンジュ駅に行くにも坂を登るので、少し疲れます。雨の日は大変かもしれません。

大浴場は良かった
Pros:

大浴場とサウナが無料で入れるところ。
旅の疲れが取れます。

Cons:

部屋の空調が壊れていて、冷房をつけると音がなって寝れなかった。
細部まで修理を行き届かせて欲しい。
あと、隣の部屋の音や廊下からの人の足音が聞こえる。
壁が薄いと思う。

Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr gutes Badezimmer.
Das Hotel bietet zudem viele Annehmlichkeiten. Spabereich und abendlicher Dinnersnack inklusive. Das Hotel befindet sich in direkter in der Nähe einer Metrostation und der Gangnam Foodroad.

Cons:

Nichts zu beanstanden. Schade das der Aufenthalt nicht länger sein konnte.
