Nice little gem and well located
Pros:

I came out to Troyes and stayed at this little gem of a hotel for two nights as I had a tattoo booked by the same artist who did my tattoo in ten years ago in Troyes. It is super close to the train station, like about two mins walk. It's very well located to go out and about exploring the town.

The staff were very friendly, kind and patient with me despite the language barrier as I do not speak French at all. And they were kind enough to let me check in 90mins earlier than the stated time.

Breakfast was delicious and would recommend to book and pay for that for one day at least so then you can explore the other gorgeous cafes that do breakfast in the town as well.

Cons:

The mattress in the bedroom I had was very hard, so aggravated my back. Only stayed two nights though, so not a dealbreaker, just thought I’d mention to people reading to bear in mind if they prefer a softer mattress.

Not that great
Cons:

The room was boiling hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The open window came into a ground-floor patio, so leaving it open, especially when we were out was not an option.
