Supernette Mitarbeiter. Zimmer mit allem was es braucht für einen 3-Tage City-Trip. Gut gedämmt - ruhig. Preis/Leistung top. 1 min zur Metrostation, Gare de Lyon 12 min zu Fuss oder 1x Umsteigen mit Metro. In der nahen Umgebung einige Restaurants mit gutem Angebot.
So bekommt auch ein 2-Stern Hotel eine 5-Stern Bewertung.

Koselig hotell med veldig vennlig betjening. Sengene litt harde, ellers alt bra!:)

Hôtel sympas et accueillant le personnel très sympathique et serviable

We had such a nice stay here before catching a train on the next day at Gare de Lyon. Staffs were very kind and the room was spacious and clean. Close to the supermarkets, restaurants and bars and 15mins walking distance to the Gare de Lyon. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew, there was still painters tape on bathroom lights from recent construction, and we found a roach in the room on our second night (of three nights). The hotel people seemed pleasant enough but the room was just bad.

Chambre simple mais spacieuse. Personnel discret et efficace. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare de Lyon et pour le quartier, le tarif est abordable !

Bad/WC winzig.
Wenn man die Toilette sitzend benutzen möchte, haben die Beine keinen Platz wegen dem Waschbecken-Kästchen.

Gestank aus WC/Dusche war ekelerregend. Und das direkt neben dem Bett. Es wurde zwar ein Lufterfrischer angebracht. Gegen den Gestank hat das auch nicht geholfen.

Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche waren voll Schimmel.

Der Lift sollte laut Schild 300kg schaffen, ging aber tw. schon ab 2 Personen (beide unter 100kg) nicht mehr.

Chambre très petite, bruyant pour le prix 160 euros la nuitée hôtel 2 étoiles nous nous attendions à mieux

Para o que Paris tem oferecido ultimamente, o quarto atende pelo custo benefício (mesmo sendo um valor elevado para o tipo da propriedade )encontrado. No geral, check in fácil e com muita atenção por parte dos atendentes, quarto e banheiro apertado, porem estavam vem limpos. Ficamos 2 noites e atendeu bem por utilizar apenas para dormir. Localização boa perto da linha de metrô que conecta diretamente com o Louvre e outras estações. Mercados e restaurantes perto também, bem na rua do hotel. No geral recomento a estadia pelo custo benefício.

Staff were very nice. They keep the key when you leave the apartment (probably because it’s an older hotel where they don’t use card keys and so replacing the keys, if lost, is more difficult). Good for the price. We were worried about bed bugs but didn’t find any. However, there were some other bugs in the room despite it being clean.

Chambre propre avec sdb refaite. Bonne literie. Insonorisation très insuffisante. On peut deviner la chaîne de télévision regardée par les voisins. Chambre sans climatisation d'où une nuit bruyante avec les voisins qui parlent toute la nuit avec la fenêtre ouverte.

Over all terrible hotel would not recommend

Pest control and customer service are two things you want your hotel to be good at. When I found what appeared to be a bedbug in my room and presented the bug to the guy at the front desk, he dismissed my concern, blaming the presence of a bug on construction without addressing my specific concern that it looked like a bedbug. He barely looked at it before tossing it aside and when I pressed him on the matter, he said “look, I’m just a guy who needs to keep his job”. When I emailed hotel management about my concerns, they dismissed me again, without even looking at the photos I had taken of the bug. “Everything in the room is new, we could find no evidence of bugs and have never had a bedbug problem”, as though bedbugs care about the age of furniture and as though no past problems means no present or future problems. They refused to address my concern further, did not ask for more information and refused any potential form of compensation.

By the end of the day I had received confirmation from an entomologist friend that it was a look-alike, but not a bedbug. I was relieved to not have an infestation on my hands, but completely disappointed by the lack of competency and care on the part of the hotel. They did EXACTLY what people do when they are dodge a problem they are worried they have.

Buongiorno, ho soggiornato per due giorni in questo albero. Personale cordiale,disponibile, camera piccola ma con finestre grandi, bagno con finestre, nel bagno primo giorno ho trovato solo un asciugamano bagnato e basta( eravamo in tre) pulizia pessima( capelli da per tutto nel bagno sotto il letto etc) giorno dopo, quando siamo rientrati alla sera, abbiamo trovato dei asciugamani bagno e visto ma ancora dei capelli in giro segno che le pulizie non si fanno proprio… quando siamo saliti, l’ascensore molto piccolo non riusciva a portarci su( non pesavamo più di 180/190 kg in 3… limite scritto era di 300kg) quindi io ho fatto le scale e al quarto piano la signora delle pulizie faceva forse una pausa seduta su le scala a chiocciola con moquette che ti porta su…
Interiore non aerato con vari odori anche di cibo al secondo piano se nn sbaglio…
Per 135€ a notte mi sembra non poco ma purtroppo i prezzi a Parigi sn salatissimi.
Bistro per fare aperitivo piccoli ristoranti, kebab trovi tanti in un raggio di 100metri … fermata nr 8 della metropolitana sempre a 150 metri, a 15/20 minuti a piedi trovi gare de Lyon.
Spero di essere d’aiuto per quelli che vogliono soggiornare in questo albergo e di essere perdonato per la mia sincerità del personale alberghiero.

Nos tocó una habitación amplia y luminosa en el piso 5 y estuvo todo excelente, todos los días cambiaban toallas, el personal muuy amable, volvería sin duda

Personnel très sympathique et aimable.

Buena opción para hospedarse, para pasar el día paseando y llegar a descansar. Tiene un supermercado y lavandería al frente, muy conveniente.

Un cafard a étais trouvais dans la salle de bain.
