A lovely space to relax while visiting Gijon
Pros:

A lovely room to spend time in, well furnished, and with a great receptionist who was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom aesthetically is in need of bringing into this century, although everything apart from the hairdryer functions well, especially the shower which is great.

Double glazing would also be welcome to keep the noise of the street out.

Escapada de pareja
Pros:

Fuimos solo una noche y la verdad que un exito tanto en limpieza, habitacion con baño grande, la cama grande y comoda.
El desayuno lo teniamos incluido con una gran variedad ( salado y dulce) y
Despues David el recepcionista muy amable le preguntas sitios o lugares de interes cultural, gastronomico y te lo dice con todo el amor y amabilidad que le destaca.

Cons:

No hay nada negativo que decir.

Decepcionante

Estaba bien ubicado y algunas habitaciones están reformadas

Cons:

A pesar de haber contactado con ellos para confirmar que mi reserva era habitaciones dobles para dos personas, al llegar me encuentro con que tienen preparadas habitaciones individuales y habiendo pagado la habitación con desayuno me dicen que el desayuno sería para 1 persona cuando son 2 las que entraban en la habitación doble. Una tomadura de pelo que no asuman su error y me confirmen por mensaje que está todo bien y luego allí tenga que discutir con la recepcionista. Mala gestión.

Precio barato de la noche. Descanso escaso. Buen desayuno para el precio que tiene.

Lo más destacable es el precio de la noche, ya que es realmente barato.
Y el desayuno en el bar de al lado esta bien.

Cons:

La calidad del servicio es acorde a lo que se paga. Fue realmente desagradable cuando a la 1.00 de la madrugada saltó la alarma de incendios. A esas horas no hay personal en el hotel, por lo que tuvieron que llamar al encargado de mantenimiento de turno a qué acudiera a apagar la alarma. Así lo hicieron en cuestión de 25 minutos, pero nadie informó si realmente había algún problema real o se trataba de algún huésped maleducado, por lo que ya no pudimos dormir muy tranquilos.
La insonorización tampoco es muy buena. Se escucha todo el ruido.
En definitiva, el precio está bien para una parada ocasional, pero ya está.

Pros:

La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. La ubicación del hotel está bien, aunque es muy complicado aparcar por la zona

Cons:

El ruido y el poco control por parte del personal que, desde las 20h es inexistente. Entiendo que no pueden ejercer de "madre" de los huéspedes pero en nuestro caso la experiencia ha sido nefasta. Ruidos de grupos moviéndose de unas habitaciones a otras, perros ladrando (me parece muy bien que sea "pet-friendly" pero si luego nadie controla que esas mascotas dejen descansar a los demás, pierde el sentido). De las dos noches que estuvimos, en una saltó en una habitación la alarma de humos (imagino que alguien fumó en la habitación) y estuvo sonando a la 1 de la mañana sin que nadie apareciese hasta pasada 1 hora (y porque llamamos nosotros por teléfono a una centralita genérica). Después de esos ya imposible dormir claro. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y no repetiría bajo ningún concepto
