Reforma Urgente
Pros:

Instalações carecem de reforma urgente, a pousada envelheceu e precisa de manutenção, pintura, eletrica, etc.

O lugar é lindo, natureza deslumbrante, porém a manutenção está devendo MUITO. Ah, , quartos sem ar condicionado.

Higiene é outro ponto de atenção que precisa melhorar, a limpeza é basica, mas janelas e banheiros estão empoeirados, com teias de aranha, cantos, estofados e cortinas com mau cheiro.
O preço que cobra não entrega o conforto e a limpeza que deveria.

Muito sossego e tranquilidade
Pros:

São Bendo do Sapucaí por si só já é um encanto, com ares de cidade pequena, frequento desde pequeno a cidade e quase sempre almoçava ou jantava no restaurante da pousada, em fim nos hospedamos e desfrutamos da pousada. A equipe sempre muito solicita e atenta.

Cons:

A pausagem é linda, mas parece que a pousada parou no tempo, não é um desabono, mas merece uma reformulada para atualizar, desde banheiros a roupas de cama. Também sugiro um carrinho de golf para a acesso aos quartos quando o hospede precisa levar as malas, o acesso com carros quando chegou uma grande turma para evento tirou a sensação de tranquilidade do local.

Absolutely amazing place, would be perfect for winter!
Pros:

Views are amazing, staff are absolutely fantastic (most speak sufficient English too and those who don’t make up for it with enthusiasm for sure. Sauna was excellent, homemade pasta was the highlight for me on the menu. I’d happily stay there again.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the room and we didn’t sleep well because it was quite warm in the evenings. There’s also no fly screen anywhere so we couldn’t leave doors and windows open unless we wanted mosquitos to eat us alive. There was also no iron, kettle, etc. in the rooms which would also have been nice. When I stay there again, it’ll be in the cooler months when I can use the fireplace, then it’d be a 10/10 experience!

Gostei muito da pousada!
Pros:

A Pousada do Quilombo é muito linda, confortável e a equipe é super agradável e atenciosa. Somente a jacuzzi que não tinha aquecimento, pessoal comentou que era por causa da água fria que vinha direto da mina, mas ela estava ligada o dia todo e não aquecia nem até o entardecer. Recomendo muito o local.

Cons:

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Comer do lado do fogão a lenha e com pão feito no restaurante.

excelente pousada com quarta aconchegante e vista bonita

Dependendo do quarto que você está, pode ser um pouco longe de onde você estacionou o carro. como estava chovendo, não tinha por onde passar sem tomar chuva.

Linda pousada e com ótimo estrutura
Pros:

Localização e instalações da pousada são excelentes.
Tb gostamos do paisagismo e da vista da Pousada para cidade, uma vez q a pousada fica num bairro alto.

Cons:

Achamos o Café da manhã simples para o padrão da pousada.

Esperávamos maior variedade de pães, queijos e opção como tapioca e cuscuz.
