Pros:

У нас был ранний заезд и после прилета, было важно что нас встретили в отеле. В номере были тапочки, зубные щётки, чайник и пакетики с чаем. Неожиданно и приятно. Милые девушки на респшен, помогли найти все важные объекты для нас. Отель спрятан в арке, но при выходе вы попадаете на красивую площадь с фантом. Вечером приятно прогулятся и рядом есть кафе. Рекомендуем!

良い立地、リーズナブルなホテル
Pros:

立地がとても良い。ホテルを出て周りを見渡すと、アスタナに来た！という景色が堪能できる。
女性スタッフの対応が親切だった。飛行機が遅れ、未明のチェックインになったがきちんと対応してくれた。宿泊までのメッセージ対応も丁寧だった。
夜遅くてもホテル周辺は治安が良さそうな雰囲気だった。
隣にある両替屋のレートがまあまあ良かった。

Cons:

バスタブの栓がなく、お湯をためられなかった。
写真より若干、設備全般古びている。
ホテルの入り口が非常に分かりにくい。未明着で疲れていて、「予約したはずのホテルがない！！」と少しパニックになった。表通りに、ホテルの看板や案内がもう少しあってもいいと思う。
場所柄仕方ないのだが、ホテル周辺に気軽な飲食店や大きめのスーパーがほぼない。

La ubicación es excelente muy cerca d ela mayoría de las principales atracciones y con opciones de gastronomía muy cerca
Muy buena atención del personal. Prácticamente todos hablan un muy buen nivel de inglés y son muy amables
La habitación era enorme y tenía todo lo necesario. Super limpio y bien presentado

Cons:

El ingreso es por uno de los accesos al mega edificio donde se ubica. Es fácil de encontrar, pero suele tener el cartel luminoso apagado. Al llegar de noche la primera vez puede darte una impresión poco agradable
Podrían tener mejor distribución de las luces. Es solo las luces de la cama, o prácticamente todas las luces de la habitación. No tienen una opción intermedia
La construcción tiene muchísimos detalles constructivos, se notan principalmente en la zona de la bañera con muchas uniones de los cerámicos mal encastrados

Great location, but not very supportive staff. Noisy customers arriving in the middle of the night.
Pros:

The location is tops. Easy to find. The room was exactly as described. I chose the budget room with no window and it didn't disturb me at all. Clean, with all the basic facilities one needs to stay overnight.

Cons:

At 3am I heard noises in the hall. I waited a bit, thinking guests were chatting while looking for their room and the noise would soon stop.
20 min later, they were still there discussing something while moving around with their suitcases making even more noise.
I opened the door to ask them to be quieter, the administrator was the one I saw. To my comment about it being the middle of the night she responded in a very casual manner - 'I have guests to check in'.
I was too sleepy to be able to respond, so just shut the door.

I couldn't rest that night and that was the main purpose of my stay - to get some rest in-between my flights.

It seems like checking people in is the main responsibility of the administrator. Anything else, including maintaining a quiet environment during the night hours isn't much of their concern.

Pros:

Супер район, в последний день поменяла отель. И ни разу не пожалела,что охватила именно в этом отеле последний номер. Рядом все достопримечательности, до байтерека 5 мин. Да и вообще вид и район вау❤️

Отличный отель! Расположение в центре, очень вежливый персонал, все показали и подробно объяснили. Номер чистый и уютный, наличие парковки только прибавляет баллов! Спасибо большое вам! Вернемся обязательно! Однозначно рекомендую к посещению!
