The worsed hotel I have stayed.
Pros:

Only the location it was good.

Cons:

For 3 nights NO hot water we had to boil in the kettle to was our selfies. The worst when we mention it to reception they di nothing not even give us some water. They did charge and pay the full price and didn't offer anything for all this hassle.
The room old style but not in good settle, like switch of the lights was far from the bed and the handle of the toilet paper was off. Don't a Lux at all. So I'm asking a full refund.

Pros:

Небольшой отель в центре Астаны. Провели две ночи. Идеальное место для желающих посетить Астану . Приветливый персонал , довольно тихое место для центра города

Cons:

Слишком низкие, старые кровати, которые при любом движении перемещаются. Неплохо было бы их заменить

Отель в целом хороший, удобная локация, хороший вид и хорошие возможности. В целом +- соответствует цене.

Cons:

Не понравилось то, что окно не открывалось и то, что было тяжело в начале найти местонахождение. Ночью были слышны звуки из других номеров. Коридор время от времени вонял. Не был включен завтрак, не было дополнительных услуг. Отель достаточно маленький. Но пару дней можно потерпеть.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit super Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen: großzügig geschnitten, mit hohen Decken und einem schönen Panoramafenster. Es gibt viel Platz und genügend Stauraum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr zentrale Lage.

Uns hat ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer gefehlt

Не чего не понравилось.

Писали о том что номер без окна поздними вечером, когда я летела в самолёте, естественно я не видела этих сообщений. В номере нет окна! Вы когда в вацапе пишите, так пишите и про отсутствие окна, а не на сайте, где не все заходят и читают сообщения. Это просто ужас, нет воздуха, приехали мы ночью, встретила девушка полусонная и то когда мы несколько раз позвонили . В номере холодно. Пакетик чая положили, а на пакетик кофе не хватило!? Одеяло на двухспальнаю кровать размером 1.5, как спать двоим под таким одеялом!?Ну и как вишенка на торте- это вход в гостиницу где- то в подворотне. Вообщем фото не соответствуют реальности.
