Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Lage.

Cons:

Super schönes Schwimmbad, das Wasser hätte ein wenig wärmer sein können.
Die Sauna war gut besucht allerdings war auch nur eine offen, war dann ziemlich voll.

Guter Zwischenstopp im Thüringer Wald
Pros:

Großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, kleine, aber feine Portionen im Restaurant, freundliches Personal, Parken für 3.50/24 Std. auch am nahen Bahnhof möglich, wenn man den hoteleigenen Parkplatz nicht nutzen möchte.

Cons:

Die Flure erschienen etwas unterbelichtet, das städtebauliche Umfeld mit der sehr unwirtlichen Fußgängerunterführung ist sehr unattraktiv.

Zentrale Lage, fussläufig geht es in das Zentrum.Gute Autobahnanbindung! Für Ausflüge in Thüringen
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad ist ein Buchungsgrund. Das Personal ist freundlich! Das Frühstück ist gut. Es wird auch nachgelegt, wenn es dann einmal nötig ist.

Cons:

Die Saunazeiten, ein zu später Start in den Tag 13:00 Uhr !!! Die unnötigen Parkplatzkosten (Hier sollte es ein Plus sein das es einen Hotelparkplatz ohne Tagesgebühr gibt). 10€ pro Tag!!!. Das Standard Doppelzimmer ist für Größe und Ausstattung zu klein. Es wirkt überfüllt, eine Garderobe fehlte. Schlechter Zugang bei der PKW Anreise, umständlich vor dem Hotel. Und vom Parkplatz aus, auch nicht angenehm. Es ist keine Kurstadt, trotzdem werden Zusatzgebühren erhoben für Thüringen.

Pros:

1. das Beste des Hotels ist das unerwartet große Schwimmbecken
2. Frühstücksbuffet mit vielfältiger und reichhaltiger Auswahl

Cons:

1. Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen
2. kein Personal im Pool Bereich (morgens)
3. zeitgemäß zu kleine Flat TVs
4. leider war im Restaurant Bereich das Personal unfreundlich und unaufmerksam im Service

Cons:

Schade, dass nur Direkt-Bucher frei am Hotel parken können. So fallen pro Tag 10 € an. In der Nähe können zB aber unmittelbar in Bahnhofsnähe Parkplätze genutzt werden ( 3.50€ /Tag).

Hochwertig und schön
Pros:

Ich hatte die Chance, das Frühstück vorzubestellen, da mein Traillauf schon am frühen Morgen stattgefunden hat. Daraufhin erhielt ich einen prall gefüllten Beutel mit vielen Leckereien.

Pros:

Sauber, ordentlich, modern, schönes Hotel

Cons:

Das einzige was man bemängeln muss ist, das es nur eine Kaffeemaschine zum Frühstück für alle Gäste gab. Wind eine große Kanne Filter Kaffee daneben stellen dann wäre das Problem gelöst.

Cómodo y con un gran desayuno, aunque lejos de un 4 estrellas actual

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica y resulta muy práctico si viajas en coche, ya que el parking es amplio y muy cómodo. El desayuno fue estupendo, completo y variado. Además, quiero destacar la amabilidad y la buena atención de todo el personal durante la estancia.

Cons:

Considero que la categoría de cuatro estrellas se le queda grande hoy en día; probablemente lo fue en su momento, pero actualmente las instalaciones se ven bastante antiguas y necesitan una renovación. Tiene moqueta en las estancias y el cuarto de baño es muy pequeño e incómodo. Además, el panel/dispositivo del aire acondicionado en la pared emitía una luz excesivamente fuerte durante la noche que molestaba bastante para descansar.
