The hotel was adequate, the room was comfortable, but all hotels have a business office for clients.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was no business room set up with a computer and printer. I needed to print my boarding passes at the hotel. The thermostat on the wall did not work.

Pros:

Sistemazione ideale per raggiungere il Sequoia Park. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di sfruttare la piscina. Colazione con scelta non molto ampia ma discreta.

Duży pokój z wygodnymi łóżkami.

Cons:

Moja negatywna ocena wynika przede wszystkim z tego, że personel recepcji mimo dokonania 100% przedpłaty przez booking,com. Domagał się autoryzacji mojej karty płatniczej na wypadek dokonania przeze mnie szkód w hotelu. Po moim wyjeździe konto mojej karty zostało obciążone ponownie pełnym kosztem mojego pobytu w hotelu. Zapłaciłem za nocleg więc podwójnie. Mimo tego, że przy meldowaniu zwróciłem uwagę że nasz nocleg został opłacony w całości z góry. Ponadto w recepcji po godzinie 22 była osoba mówiąca tylko po hiszpańsku. Śniadanie też było bardzo kiepskiej jakości. Podawane na papierowych talerzykach z plastikowymi sztućcami.

La camera era grande, con tutte le comodità, pulita, con il forno microonde e un piccolo frigorifero. Il servizio è stato efficiente.
